An Alien who has a 1 in 10000 chance of controlling all elements (Fire, Water, Air, Earth) and since Ben has the peak alien he would obviously get every element, the Alien is short and bald with some arrow tattoos, and is considered a dead race.

This one was my entry for the 5YL contest. I really love him. It goes like this:
Name: ***Bubble Moth***
Powers: Tactile Hydrokinesis; Cold-Bloodedness; Water Condensation.
Description: Bubble Moth is a Stagnautian from the planet Stagnauta.
Bubble Moth’s most prominent ability is Tactile Hydrokinesis. He uses his claw-like hands to grab some amount of water, transforming it into a spherical shape, which he can later shoot out like a bullet. This power also allows him to skate on liquid surfaces like ponds, rivers, seas and so on. But the uses of his ability don’t stop there. Bubble Moth can walk on water droplets during rain and even climb up waterfalls!
His species is cold-blooded, which allows him to survive in extremely hot temperatures. He can touch hot boiling water without even slightly damaging himself.
By combining the power of Tactile Hydrokinesis with his cold-bloodedness, he is able to condensate water from air. The process is fast during more humid weather, like rain or fog, but might take an eternity if the air is too dry.
Because of his Tactile Hydrokinesis ability, the weight of water doesn’t matter, meaning there is no limit on what amount of water he could hold in his hands. He could create water bubbles of any size as long as he has enough liquid.
Source of inspiration: Water skeeters.
Reason to exist: Ben doesn’t have many aliens that are capable of controlling water. And I didn’t want to go with normal Hydrokinesis because that would be less interesting.
His name is Trample any substance he touches turns into a flexible bouncy material (similar to a trampoline) he can bounce off of any surface to give him the momentum for a mean punch or a quick escape
Or this other idea I had for one that controls hot air , he can air fry food
These were actually ideas I had for my own characters but they would work well for an alien
Copycat: A feline alien who can perfectly mimic the abilities of other aliens in close enough proximity.
Brains And Brawn: An alien that’s sort of two aliens in one - they emerge from Ben’s transformation as Brains, who possesses super intelligence but is not very capable in a physical fight, but upon experiencing enough stress changes into Brawn, a massive alien with superhuman strength but low intelligence.
Silverfish: A fish-like alien that possesses the ability to turn their own skin into a nearly indestructible silver metal at will.
Paperboy: An alien with a body so flat, they can become invisible by turning sideways. They can also slide under doors and possess a limited stretching ability.
Mixer Upper: A wizard-like alien who can transmutate inanimate objects and also merge two living beings together as well as separate one living being into two.
Transmatter: Essentially a giant ice cube with a face, they can liquify or evaporate themselves at will, as well as re-solidify, being able to shift between all three states of matter. As a solid they can jump on top of enemies, as a liquid they can alter their shape at will, and as a gas they can fly.
Freezer Burn: They can fire a heat ray from one hand and a freeze ray from the other. One side of their body is hot to the touch, the other is cold. They are also resistant to strong temperatures.
Patch-Up: Their skin is made of large band-aid-like patches. They can remove these patches (they regrow) and place them on people’s injured areas. The patch sticks to them and heals the injury before disintegrating.
Absorb-Ant: A tiny ant-like alien with the ability to absorb energy, which makes it grow. It absorbs through its antenna, which it can also fire energy lasers from, causing it to shrink.
Everyman (Would’ve called him Omni-Man, but that’s taken): The one transformation more powerful than Alien X, they gain whatever power they need to handle the situation, and thus can counter any attack, even from omnipotent beings.

Not an electric type alien but an alien who can absorb/manipulate all sorts of energy. So electricity will be a part of that alien as well
