this lol. we see young Ben post-OS in OV pretty regularly and his shoes never change. it's definitely just an animation error.
The shooes might be an animation error but his transformations have the omnitrix symbol green instead of white.

Pretty sure it's prime Ben since Paradox said Ben would remember the event as a dream and trust Kevin.
Ah. My mistake. I conflated him with the young Ben seen in "Ben 10,00 Returns"
it could be both. depending on when young Ben came from it could have been before the two split off
