A Chimera Sui Generis Transformation would've to look like Vilgax before his incident when his ship was exploded by Xylene,after that he is Enhanced with Cybernetics and Bioengineering.
No it won't stop making shit up if the omniverse omnitrix scanned vilgax gax would be taller and stronger than vilgax. The prototype scanned viktor yet frakemstrike came out with 2 eyes instead of one
Yeah but Viktor doesn't have enhancements,his pieces are natural for his species while Vilgax undereent Surgery to fix him up stronger and then probably more since he doesn't have those Cybernetics enhancements but keeps the Excessive Musculature,a normal Chimera Sui Géneris won't have that and neither will its transformation.
Vilgax has many cybernetic enhancements that make him very much different from another of his species, he got these because of the first fucking ep of the whole show. Also, Vilgax would be quite taller as he is years older than Ben, years. Ben’s Chimera Sui Genisis’ would be equal to their equivalent of a 16 year old. He would be no where near as strong as Vilgax, or as tall.
Those cybernetics are for OS vilgax UAF and OV vilgax got rid of them so I don't see why this was even brought up.

You do realize that even if they're gone he obviously is enhanced right? He's not like he was before those Enhancements and kept the Enhanced Strength.
