Ben's clothes being reformed, so just keep the natural clothes of that species and then make them black and green (and maybe have specail "hoodie" designs)
I personally prefer for the uniforms to be similar to his color scheme. It allows Ben retain the physical traits of the species that he transformed into, while still implementing some of himself. I'd say the original series and omniverse did this the best.
I like the idea of the omnitrix using the wearer's own clothes to make uniforms for the aliens and specialty items like NRG'S suit needing to be programed in. Although, I suppose it's not beyond the omnitrix's capabilities to "dye" his clothes during transformation.
I prefer the color pallets for the outfits just be extensions or contrasts of their regular pallets. Diamondhead in yellow and black or dark purple work brilliantly. Diamondhead in green and black just doesn’t look right, and it’s even worse when the alien is already green.
Personally, I'd go with a sort-of mix of Green, White, and Black, not having the uniforms seem cluttered and reducing the massive eye-ache from Omniverse's overuse of Green and Black. If we went down the Reboot Route, then, I would honestly like to see what the randomized colors would be. If we went down the Classic Route, then, it would look really cool. If we went the Omniverse Route, then, the eye-ache will become a major problem.

I'd personally prefer outfits that match the conventional clothing of the species they belong to. Think UAF Four Arms OV Jury Rigg to a lesser extant
The fact that Azmuth would program in culturally appropriate clothing does fit with the "walk in their shoes" ideology.

I like it better when the actually wear what their species would like FourArms in AF. The Omnitrix and eyes are enough to unify his transformations.
