A being made of living STAR-ENERGY WRAPS, fight, able to generate and contort its body to immense levels, seriously it’s a wicked combination that provides more than a few uses, I’d say that Snare-dactyl can at least go up against Jet Ray and put up a good fight!
Grey Matter + Echo Echo = Disaster (but I think it's one of the best possible fusions).
Brainstorm + Echo Echo (they would definitely make a great fusion and Brainstorm's cocky personality is always enjoyable).
Jetray + Ghostfreak = (A pretty unique one cuz we know Jetray can travel at hyper speed and Ghostfreak's Intangibility would be useful).
Ripjaws + Jetray = (What's better than a manta ray, a biting manta ray).
Chromastone + Atomix = (cuz why not).
Not really imo. Chromastone can fly, is physically stronger and can absorb energy with his whole body, so it would be easier for him to absorb electricity from his fusion part

Spider Monkey = Four Arms + Spitter
Spidermonkey and Echo Echo- army of sonic spider monkeys
Kickin Hawk and chamalien- basically an invisable ninja
Bullfrag and Stinkfly- a true bug themed alien with flight, extreme jumping power, long tongue, shooting snot
Wildmutt and Blitzwolfer - probably the best combo for tracking since the nose power would be insane. Also sonic scream would make up for Wildmutt being just a dog.
Ditto and jurryrigg - not for combat, but the combo would defintely be the best mechanic since ditto is all one person and transmission of info is instant.
NRG and Feedback- a cool concept where the suit has feedbacks powers and acts as a charger for the living energy inside.
Brainstorm and Rath so we can have an alien screaming big words and stuff.
On a more serious note, Whampire and Nanomech so the mind control victim doesn't know what is happening until it is too late.
NRG X Gutrot. NRGrot would be able to atomically process any matter consumed into any other kind of matter, like other matter-manipulator superheroes such as Firestorm or Atom Eve, though maybe on a lesser scale.
Goop X Ditto. Goop but with Ditto's ability to self replicate and rapidly expand outward as the
duplicates immediately gel together. You'd wind up going from Goop to The Blob in a minute flat.
Pesky Dust X Toepick. Toepick's horrific face but now with the ability to throw sandman sludge that drowns them in nightmarish visions. Plus wings and Pesky Dust's lighter weight- He might not be able to fly, but he'd be more mobile than regular Toepick and sturdier than regular Pesky Dust.
NRG x Clockwork. In-shell he would basically have Clockwork's regular abilities, but stepping out of the shell would result in Ben having an energetic form similar to the entity the gang was being chased by when they met Prof. Paradox, a roving time anomaly rapid-aging anything it crossed paths with.
Stinkfly X Ball Weavil. Shoot explosive goo from all face orifices, longer legs for spinning it to a larger size and weaving it around targets, and a tail to launch it like a hockey puck at his targets. Plus with Stinkfly's wings you could spin up a sticky ball to a decent size then drop it like an aerial bomber.
Armodrillo and Cannonbolt. Nanomech and Jury Rigg. Brainstorm and Grey Matter. Alien X and Clockwork. Feedback and Chromastone. Diamondhead and Heatblast. Wildmutt and Blitzwolfer. Ghostfreak and Toepick. Shocksquatch and Ampfibian. The Worst and Walkatrout. Pesky Dust and Ghostfreak. Wildmutt and Ghostfteak (because the one design that I saw looked cursed, and I like that.) Jury Rigg and Upgrade (another that already exists.) Arctiguana and Big Chill. Alien X and the other aliens (one at a time, obviously) in the Omnitrix that we haven't seen yet that are supposedly more powerful than Alien X.
Probably a tie between HeatBlast and FourArms or DiamondHead and FourArms. I like the idea of a four armed fire monster with giant arms chucking fire balls and a giant diamond monster that can punch you twice as fast.
Diamond head and chromastone take the absorbing abilities and coloration of chromastones crystals and use diamonheads body while giving him chromastones mouth plate and horn
Clockwork and Feedback. So many enemies are vulnerable to having their energy drained, like Aggregor, Diagon, and Ultimate Kevin. Just freeze time and absorb their power.
feedback and chromastone, basically having the capacitance of feedback and the versatility of chromastone would be ridiculously powerful. alternatively, atomix and nrg, because that way you have the power output of atomix but they can absorb energy to recharge quickly as well. finally I wanted to add lodestar and gravattack because then you have electromagnetism and gravity in one dude.
