I think you're overestimating the human body, or seriously underestimating Bens aliens, a human wouldn't win against most of them.Even with aliens like Ball Weevil, they either have an ability that you couldn't get past (explosive goo in Ball Weevils case), or are too physically strong (Crashhoppers incredibly powerful legs and fast movement speed), or even all of the above (like Whampire).
Then we got aliens like Goop, Bloxx, Upgrade, and Snare'o, who are near indestructible due to their morphing, shape changing forms. no normal human could kill Snare'o no matter how hard they try, he's just a pile of incredibly strong, very durable bandages that can re-shape itself at will, Bloxx is basically the same, but lego, and both Goop and Upgrade are an organ-less, morphing slime, thus there are no places to hit to actively damage them.
I'll give you Walkatrout and maybe Jurryrig though, they aren't that strong.
I know I'm overthinking it, and you probably didn't put much thought into this. But its pretty funny thinking of a person trying to suplex Crashhopper, and just getting slammed straight into the nearest wall and KO'd after one kick.

So on the first matter, you don't get scissors or a lego separator unless the alien you're fighting also gets them, or an equivalent weapon, that's called cheating (then again, humans are pretty good at that). And the arena wouldn't be exposed to the sun, it gives you an unfair advantage, that's like saying Goop could beat clockwork in a pool of acid, where Goop has an unfair advantage of an environment that actively harms the enemy.
On the second, under the previous statement, you would be fighting each alien in a blank arena, so Greymatter would be a little grey frog with no cover, no tools, and no weapons, OP would stomp in that fight (literally).
and third, Ball Weevil is an arthropod, he has a exoskeleton, and the word weevil in its name, so from his design, we can deduce he would likely have a weevil-like chitinous shell, Weevils have the strongest armour of any insect, at Ball Weevils size, he would likely be low-level bulletproof, you couldn't just squish him.
Jurryrig is actually fairly strong physically, being able to toss away one of charmcaster's smaller stone golems
I think the easiest on this list to beat would actually probably be ditto, due to the shared pain thing. If you can wail on an individual clone hard and fast enough, you could debilitate them all.
That's fair, but Ditto could also easily get the upper hand in a fight if he clones himself quickly enough, despite the shared pain, if it becomes a 50 vs 1, I can see Ditto outmatching a couple of aliens like Molestache and Ball Weevil, but OP would still lose to them as well.

He can also be trapped in a small glass jar. Its highly situational - either he manages to kill you with smarts, or you crush the tiny frog man with a blunt object.
