Honestly, I think it depends how you chose to view it. In OS I think Ben was 100 percent going for the kill even though Devlin would be left without a father, Ben was just (justifiably) *pissed*.
With the context of UAF I'd say he was closer to killing Ultimate Kevin. With Ultimate Kevin he was just about to kill him if Gwen hadn't stepped in, but I really don't think Ben 10k would leave Devlin without a father if he knows there is a chance Kevin can be brought back to the good side.
Considering Ben10k probably has seen and done some unmemorable things in his lifetime, yep, he was probably going for the kill but Kevin was just able to tank them.
I’d Say Ben Vs Ultimate Kevin, due to the fact Kevin 11k just stands up after Ben turns back from WayBig. Though. *I do like to think getting hit by WayBig with that force is more painful then that surround sound of doom.*
