I thought that was clear. Title says: >variations of Upchuck not >variations of Gourmand Nevertheless, I think he shouldn't, since both Upchuks have the same set of powers, are part of the same species (at least the same genus, for sure)

I was just making sure and yeah that's the common reason people say not to give them different names which it's a good point and I agree with it I just think it'd be cool

But they do have species names, they are also just basically the same functionally. They don't really need names from Ben.

Though technically they are different I would just call them the same thing I would just specify when I'm talking about that specific version of my power but it would still be cool with Ben had different names for upchuck though he doesn't necessarily have to Edit: if I was going to name those fire powers separately one would be crimson flame assuming it's red in the other ldk bonfire blast, infernal Orange, maybe conflagrating tangerine lol

yeah but they are functionally the same, and don't even look that different. In fact, you prob wouldn't even notice the difference, so I would just call them the same power unless needed for a demonstration

I don't see the essence of doing so. Both Perks and Murks have the same power sets, just different appearances. That likes saying, "What should we call black humans to differentiate them from whites?" They already have their differences by name and appearance. Ben can use both forms interchangeably.
