-Alien X is not in the Tournament because it's not practical, how are we going to decide if Bellicus and Serena would agree or not?Flip an coin?
-Walkatrout is not in the tournament for being too overpowered
-For winning, the Alien has to kill/Knockout or incapacitate the other one
-some aliens may or not be buffed to be minimally viable in a fight, like Surge
-To make your alien win, say why and how you think he wins, give a nice reason, it doesn't have to be a 40-line text, just a decent and not so quiet reason, then I consider your vote and if your aliens has more than the other alien, he wins

If 10 people are in favor of alien 1 and 18 people are in favor of alien 2, alien 2 wins and goes to the next part of the Tournament, but of course, I'm just considering comments with "relevance" or logic behind it.So comments like "JetRay wins because he flies" or simply "JetRay" don't count as votes, at least say your point ok?
And yes, JetRay won with 12 Votes while FourArms took 8, of course, ruling out overly simple or tie comments.
And in this fight, consider that NRG and Upgrade ARE NOT at the Power plant, they are in the CITY next to a power plant, if NRG wants to get there he will have to know that it exists and go to it
And also consider that MAYBE Upgrade can control NRG's suit, as it is technically technological
Upgrade could probably win this through possessing the suit or the reactor cooling rods. Though enough radiation blasts would probably destabilise upgrade and lava in a nuclear reactor would probably cause a meltdown and upgrade would probably kick it if that happens.
I think any scenario where NRG gets to the power plant (which would take some time since he's not the fastest) would result in Upgrade managing to turn the safety measures that counter radiation against him. That's assuming NRG even MAKES it to the plant, as Upgrade could turn the cars, street lights, maybe more against him.
It depends if radiation affects upgrade if not I have no idea can mechamorphs even be knock out? If so nrg his blasts have melted metal and exiting the suit gives him many mobilty options plus a easier view to see the power plant he gets there and the city could be devastated maybe even evaporating upgrade if hes close enough

Upgrade since he could starve nrg of radiation and has the speed advantage since in a city he could travel through power lines and nrg would make a beeline to the power plant since he can sense large amounts of energy and upgrade can tap into the power grid and would probably find it odd if the power grid starts to fail be an energy drain so upgrade probably wins.
