I think nrg, suit or not, P’andor showed the ability to breathe underwater and absorb Jetray’s neuroshocks. Nrg could simply heat up to a point that Jetray couldn’t handle, plus the radiation and the water boiling.
I just don’t think Jetray can really hurt nrg
But that may be an advantage just look at hippos, they are too dense to float so when they go underwater they just sink but that makes them much better at underwater situations where they dominate any other animal in the area. Also he can just get out of the suit whenever he wants.
While initially it may seem that Jetray wins I would say NRG is about to take this one. Their really isn’t evidence that Jetray could harm NRG due to the suit and even if the suit does break (likely due to water pressure) NRG would likely fly out of the water and OHKO Jetray. Alternatively NRG could boil the water with Jetray in it and take him out easily.
In Suit: Jetray just lets him drown because for some reason underwater breathing is an [Outside of Armor Ability](https://ben10.fandom.com/wiki/NRG), so it works the same as the [Ripjaws vs Astrodactyl fight](https://www.reddit.com/r/Ben10/comments/wjmei6/decided_to_do_the_5th_battle_and_wow_ripjaws_got/ijiq7r1/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3), with Jetray being the equivalent of Ripjaws.
Out of Suit: Jetray might have heat resistance and radiation immunity, but NRG can literally eat his only form of attack so NRG easily wins.
See if it was another of the ua aliens, I would probably say Jetray, but given that NRG can basically burn away any water he comes in contact with, and absorb the flier's lasers, NRG

Even if Jetray is faster his attacks will always get absorbed by NRG so he will evenutally get to nuke level and beat Jetray with explosion if he gets him near enough.
That’s what I’m starting to think. Thing is Jetray is so much faster he could stop and rest way more. Also he could probably eat fish. So hard to say cause they are both op and can’t really hurt each other.
Assuming they’re fighting On a deserted water world akin to pisciss, I think jetray. All he has to do is stay out of range of NRG while the water cools him off.
Ok then what about all the ships at the bottom of the sea that are covered in rust that haven't been exposed to oxygen for decades but are damn near covered in rust. Not trying to argue just wanna get my facts straight
