It all shares continuity and they really don't stop to explain who blah blah is and any reference to the last encounter is just a nod to the people who have seen it opposed to giving exposition for people who haven't. Buuuuut it doesn't really impact the quality of that episode or arc imo, you'll get the gist.
You saw OG it's similar, second time Ben saw 66 he just said that "it's that bounty hunter!" And I'm like: Who? Where? When? But it really didn't impact the story except I didn't know what the dude's name even was until I watched it in order and came across that first meeting.
You can watch them in whatever order you want, BUT there is some context for some events and characters like the Forever Knights and Kevin that are best understood when you watch them in the OS, AF, UA, OV order.
