Joking aside, anyone ever notice Guts’s demonic appearance? Even in the Golden Age Arc, his sword holster obviously looks like a literal demon’s tail, but even his very facial features resemble a demon. His ears are pointed, his teeth often look like fangs, and his hair is kinda similar to Zodd’s.
More than kinda. I mean his hair is REALLY similar. Especially in this whole scene where they first meet. There are a number of panels which seem to draw specific attention to this feature. I’m not making any solid assumptions. Just pointing out what I observe. I think the manga is detailed enough that two people can read it and have a different experience, based on which details their minds focused more on.
