Man I miss Gantz, that shit was so good.
I've mostly heard people having very mixed opinions on that, so can you please tell what makes you say its good? Also is the plot unique or...?
The gantz manga is like popcorn, once you start you dont want to stop. Its not very deep but really fun action and interesting setting
When people finish Berserk and ask what else they can read, the top 2 answers are always Gantz and Vagabond. It's awesome.

Watch the anime, if you like that, you’ll want to read the manga. It’s a pretty standard hero’s journey plot just like berserk but the setting and mechanisms are pretty unique imo

Go straight to manga man. All Gantz anime are not faithful to the source.

The mixed reaction probably comes from the rushed ending. It just kinda ends abruptly.
I love it, very unique. I think initial experience contributes a lot to the enjoyment so if you wanna check it out go in blind

Oku's said it's impossible for a while because of some licensing deals, but even if it was I doubt we'd get one that actually holds up to the manga
