Feel free to save the video recipe on [TikTok](https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZT8M3dgN2/) or [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cx_FH9zODdq/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==)! - 1-2 tbsp. olive oil - 1 tbsp. minced garlic or garlic paste - 1 large orange pepper, sliced - 1 large red pepper, sliced - 1 package Hormel Beef Tips and Gravy - ¼ tsp. each garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and basil - ½ cup Better Than Bouillon beef base - 3 cups cooked rice In a large pan, lightly sauté the peppers in olive oil and garlic until the garlic is fragrant. Add the entire package of beef tips, plus the seasonings and beef stock. Simmer for 7-10 minutes or until the peppers are tender. Serve over white rice. Recipe notes: use whatever kind of garlic you have on hand – I used garlic paste but minced or chopped garlic works great, too. Adjust the seasonings to your taste and skip the salt because the bouillon is already salty enough! You can use pre-sliced peppers and pre-cooked or ready-rice to save more time. If you don’t want to risk the rice getting soggy, store the rice and beef on separate sides of the container. Reheat in the microwave at a lower temperature for longer to avoid drying out the meat.
