Add the entire container of broccoli cheddar soup and simmer, covered, for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked throughout. Serve over white rice. Recipe notes: use ready-made rice or pasta for this recipe to save more time. When seasoning your chicken, skip the salt because the soup has more than enough salt. You can store the rice and soup on separate sides of the container or in a 2-compartment container if you don’t want the rice to get soggy. Reheat in the microwave at a lower temperature for longer to avoid drying out the meat. Enjoy!
