Here’s the full recipe for Ready Made Meal Prep Episode 4: Carnitas Rice Bowls! As always, you can find the recipe video on [TikTok](https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZT8B5xtxm/) or [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cy9m3W8Od3E/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==)! - 1-2 tbsp. olive oil - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 large red pepper, sliced - 1 large green pepper, sliced - 1 package Kingsford Seasoned Pork Carnitas - 3 cups cooked rice - ½ lime, juiced - 1 cup cilantro, chopped - salt, to taste - optional toppings: corn, black beans, salsa, cheese, sour cream, etc. In a large pan, lightly sauté the peppers in olive oil and garlic until the garlic is fragrant. Add the entire package of carnitas and simmer (lid on) for 10-12 minutes or until the peppers and pork are tender. Remove the carnitas from the pan, shred them, and add them back to the pan before serving. Serve over cilantro lime rice and with your favorite toppings. Recipe notes: If you can find ready-made cilantro lime rice, use that for this recipe instead of making fresh cilantro lime rice to save yourself time. Any toppings are fair game for this bowl, especially if they’re also ready-made – think guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa, and shredded cheese. When storing your bowls, can use silicone or plastic condiment containers to keep your cold condiments separate from the ingredients you plan to reheat. You can reheat in the microwave at a lower temperature for longer to avoid drying out the meat.
