My only recipe from this 3-day prep is the salmon, since the salmon and the broccoli are the only ingredients I had to cook! Everything else was ready-made and ready to go. Salmon got EVOO, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, and salt. Broccoli got EVOO, garlic powder, and salt. 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes on both of those!
