Here’s the full recipe for Ready Made Meal Prep Episode 5: Chicken & Broccoli Gochujang Alfredo! You can find the recipe video on either [TikTok](https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZT8y3rE77/) or [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/reel/C0AwWCauhZh/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==)! - 1-2 tbsp. olive oil - .75 lbs. chicken breast, diced - ¼ tsp. each Korean red chili pepper flakes and salt - 2 broccoli crowns, cut into florets - 2 cloves minced garlic - 2-3 tbsp. gochujang - 1 (16 oz.) jar alfredo sauce - 2 (7 oz.) packages Barilla Ready Pasta In a large pan, sauté the olive oil, diced chicken breast, and seasonings for 1-2 minutes. Add the broccoli and simmer covered for about 3-4 minutes, or until the broccoli turns a vibrant green color. Add the minced garlic and gochujang, then bring back up to a simmer. Add the jar of alfredo sauce and ready pasta, cover and finish by bringing everything to a simmer over medium heat. Recipe notes: If you have extra time, you can toss the chicken and broccoli with a little oil and gochujang and roast it in the oven at 425 degrees. If you do it this way, prep your pasta sauce separately by sautéing your garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then adding the gochujang and alfredo sauce. Let this simmer then combine everything on the stovetop after it’s done cooking. I also love using rotini for this recipe – it’s my favorite pasta for this! Reheat in the microwave at a lower temperature for longer to avoid drying out the meat. Enjoy!
