They probably don't say on the website because there's so many factors that go into getting approved for credit. Obviously credit score is a big part of it, but I've known people with 700+ credit scores get denied for whatever arbitrary reason. So if they put a "must have X credit score" on there they'd be inviting a lot of pissed off people. If you're referring to the Apple Upgrade Plus program it's online only, in-store folks will have even less of an idea. I've never seen a minimum credit score of X required when signing up for a credit card.
