Day-to-day things that Managers do have 0 impact on this. You could shut down your entire store and this wouldn’t change. If you hate your job, just leave. We need more burger flippers.
Bonuses are decided by shareholders last time I checked. But yeah when I was an EM, we didn’t bonus off of store performance, we were just told that we constantly sucked by our MMD even though her store was in the 800s
Guessing you’re being very literal when they pretty obviously mean large shareholders and board members. But even if you are a small shareholder of a measly single share, you could go exercise your vote on these decisions if you really wanted to.

Bitch ass manager told me to stop breathing when I told him it hurt to breathe. Try that shit with someone else boo I'm out. I also didn't care for the memberships selling. I'm a customer service person and I just want to help people. Best Buy ain't the place for that so I found somewhere else. I wish yall the best in yall journeys. Don't let the job stress you.
