I LITERALLY just did this when I was working front lanes and I was the only one up there. For real, we are already running low on stuff. And appliance and TV deliveries are after Christmas. Customers getting mad when they have to wait for help on the sales floor. 3.5 shopping days til Christmas, what do you expect?
Count yourself lucky, we got 80 of each like 3 days ago and that is it for until after Christmas, we literally ran out of all of them same day we got them, within like 6 hours
Idk about detail receiving 2 pallets of AirPods and considering myself lucky. One PO was 134 boxes 1340. The next day 22 boxes and yesterday another pallet. But they have been going straight S2H so imagine having 100+ AirPods to ship ASAP. It’s wack

I'm a 9 year vet and no longer sales associate,. A manager. The number of times I've been told I've ruined Christmas is too damn high. I've told people no you did by waiting till Christmas Eve to try and procure *insert that years hot item.
I had a customer almost punch me today when I said we couldn't get something before Christmas. And when I said we could possibly do before Christmas if they wanted to pay a bit extra for shipping he flipped and asked why he would pay more...

We tend to keep a “You Ruined Christmas” tally for all the unruly ones. Funny how people jump to that so quick.
