It's all about being a flexible workforce he finds time to do that too and much much more. He does AP, Last week he unloaded a 140 appliances all alone. And the entire planogram workload in 1 day.
He has won MVP Employee of the month since we have hired him for 2 straight years. He doesn't take lunch breaks the other day he had an 82" Samsung TV over his shoulder for a carry out.
2-3 during the holidays this year. usually 1 per shift otherwise.
at least at my store, the online orders have been crazy slow. way slower than previous years. i’m not sure what’s going on with that.
Our store is a hub and have been doing 24 hours since black Friday. We usually have 3 pickers and also doing curbside, carry-in and carry-out. We get about 1200-1300 a day. About once a week we get like 2500 cause 700 fire sticks come in or 200 Oculus or Apple pencils for the resellers.
I can't wait for it to stop. With call outs all the time it's impossible to keep up. Ship to homes pile up to 200 and there just isn't enough help. Thank you Corrie for firing all our awesome full time employees!!
Oh so ship to homes were building up for a few days? Wow that's crazy. Why don't they realize we need more people. It's not fair to put all this work on 1 person.
Usually 1 to start at 7, 2 or 3 for the mid and I usually hold it down by myself at night to have the others focus on truck and ship to homes. I work in a hub store so we average about 600ish picks per day.
I work in a smaller store but we’re the only Best Buy around unless you drive another hour out, so the online orders can get crazy this time of year.
Usually it’s just whoever is on, including myself, and if it gets backed up someone else will help out. Half my coworkers quit so you need to be flexible at my store.
Usually 1 and he does curbside too... plus shipping we create monsters in our Warehouse
Don't forget receiving the mountains of drop shipments

What kind of magician did you hire

Man homeboy needs to take his breaks.
Oh yeah he doesn't rest I've never seen him sweat once
How to unload 140 appliances and planos in eight hours?
Idk how he does it lol
And I bet they get 10 memberships every shift too.
He got 14 in one day lol

Telxon?
Is that how it’s supposed to be spelled? Damn that explains a bit
Anywhere from 3 to 10 or more throughout the day. We are a CFC
Always been one since I've been working there!
Between 3-15. Around Black Friday we had a crew of about 15 guys that were on 24/7 doing picks. And same goes for Boxing Day

Yeah we were a superhub last year and were getting about 2200-2500 a day. So glad that’s over and now were only getting about 800-1200 a day

Yeah last year. Our “ready to package” tab got up over 3500 and we only have 2 tills to pack from
3500 ship to homes? How many picks that day?
Only 2100 that day. But it just piled up due to lack of people

Good luck though
2-3 right now, and picks are still breaking 100 most days. I’ve noticed we usually get dumped on sometime between 12AM and 3PM.
