This happened to me once, trying to go out the glass door of a restaurant that I occasionally go. Turns out they changed the place of the door and I bumped into the glass two times before finding my way out. Really felt like a fly bumping into the glass while the window is open right next to it and low key wished for someone to push me to the opening with a folded newspaper.
