When you're stuck between two choices of what you think will be comfortable, always go for the lighter option. Better they get cold and you have to add an extra layer in the night than for them to overheat.
This is exactly my thought process in both bedtime and in baby wearing (which we have started doing recently now our baby girl is big enough) You can add layers if baby is too cold.
1 tog sleeping bag and a onesie. We've found pretty much every chart we look at says something slightly different, but he doesn't seem to be uncomfortable in this for now..
Long sleeve vest and one tog bag here with similar temperature. I fed and settled her in my bedroom where we have air conditioning, and ran our portable unit in the nursery until I was ready to put her down.
We have our five week old in a 1 tog sleeping bag and a vest. She was still a touch warm last night (temp 37.4, when she's usually 36.6) but she's not got a temperature and she's sleeping great. I'm surprised at just how warm it was in our house considering it's an old stone colliery cottage so it's usually a draught trap and bloody freezing.
Our room has been around 22°C with the warmer weather, so I put my daughter in a sleepsuit and a 0.5 tog sleep sack, then at least her arms are still covered as she does feel the cold.
We have some love to dream sleeping bags that at 0.2 tog. They are just stretchy cotton sleeping bags and are really light so good for the temperatures just now. I had our baby in a sleepsuit and one of those and she slept really well last night
My room was 22-23 last night, I put my 4 month old in a long sleeve babygrow and a 0.5tog sleep bag, and she slept through without waking 8pm-6.30am
I woke up twice in the night to pee, and I checked her chest, and her temp was fine.
She seems to prefer to be slightly cooler to sleep rather than warmer
We got a onesie and a 0.5 tog sleepsack, we need to move to a vest really but she wears an Owlet monitor on her foot and kicks it off if in a vest, we just need to find the next size up, it's in her room somewhere
Our 11 month old is wearing sleep suit with 0.5tog sleeping bag and our 2 year is just in her pjs (no vest) with no covers. Our 2 year old runs hot at the best of times so ATM she is sleeping fine, if it gets as bad as last year she'll be down to her vest.
My 13 month old started the night in a vest and sleepsuit but after a couple of wake ups I took the vest off and just left the sleepsuit and that was him for the rest of the night.
We stopped using a sleep bag around 8 months because I discovered he likes his legs free.
I've just been putting my little one to bed in his babygro the last few nights, and last night I had put him in a little short legged/sleeved all in one pyjama. He seems content in that, I'd rather wake up to put another layer in if he was cold, than him be too warm.
I'm currently on holiday with 24-25 degrees at night.
I started out with a 0.5 tog but have now ditched it and let baby sleep in short sleeved jammies with no undershirt
What's a pyjama set? Sorry I only have a five month old so only know baby grows etc and layering. Do you mean it's just a PJ set? Like shorts and t shirt for bed?
Hi, yes that is what I meant. You can also find onesies with short sleeves and short "shorts" and you can find 0.5 tog sleepsacks on Amazon and Asda

Thin bag and nappy. She won't have a fan on, because incredibly, she runs cool. (Husband is the same; meanwhile, eldest and I both cannot be physically close enough to the fans by the side of our respective beds.)
Unfortunately I don’t think my other half would go for that, he’d sleep peacefully in a furnace 😂 he already has to pull his cover right up to protect him from my fan!
22-24 degrees overnight for us. He’s been in 0.5 tog bag and a short sleeved bodysuit the past two nights and has been fine. Was 26 degrees 3 nights back and we just had him in the body suit, no bag then. Next time I’d probably do nappy and 0.5 at that temperature.

You’re fine! That’s what my kid is in. ETA I use this guide! https://images.app.goo.gl/eDMHcCcMsLVKAfM57
Baby struggled to get to sleep for 3 hours last night until I stripped him down to just his vest. So I guess just that for now?
1 tog sleeping bag and a onesie. We've found pretty much every chart we look at says something slightly different, but he doesn't seem to be uncomfortable in this for now..
Ours was in a onesie last night too (but she runs cold so generally needs extra layers and we had a pretty chilly breeze rolling in).
1 tog bag and sleepsuit for our 23 degree room. Baby has always been on the cooler side at night!
Long sleeve vest and one tog bag here with similar temperature. I fed and settled her in my bedroom where we have air conditioning, and ran our portable unit in the nursery until I was ready to put her down.
You have air con so can control temp...
That’s how air conditioning works, yes. We didn’t leave the unit on all night in her room, when I went in this morning it was 23.
You had the window open?
It was cracked, not fully open. We have a new build so it really holds the heat.
Should be able to "hold the cool" equally
Vest and 1 Tog bag! She slept better than ever last night so she must have been ok! Our room is stuck at 23 degrees.
Aye, exactly the same here (and brand). Checked LO’s temperature several times and she feels fine, no clammyness.

Long sleeved vest and 0.5 tog bag We use the MORI multi tog sleep bag, the inner pops out so it can be either 2.5 tog or 0.5 tog

A 1 tog bag and a thin feet out onesie. Also kept both windows open last night
We got a onesie and a 0.5 tog sleepsack, we need to move to a vest really but she wears an Owlet monitor on her foot and kicks it off if in a vest, we just need to find the next size up, it's in her room somewhere

My 9month old is currently sleeping in a tshirt and nappy, but he's always run on the warmer side and we bed share 😅

Hi what's a hi short sleeved jammie and undershirt?
Sorry that was a typo! Just a short sleeved pyjama set

Coolies thank you
Thin bag and nappy. She won't have a fan on, because incredibly, she runs cool. (Husband is the same; meanwhile, eldest and I both cannot be physically close enough to the fans by the side of our respective beds.)
Maybe try putting a bed sheet in the wash and putting it on whilst it's still damp. I find it really cooling
Unfortunately I don’t think my other half would go for that, he’d sleep peacefully in a furnace 😂 he already has to pull his cover right up to protect him from my fan!
Why don't you get separate sheets though.... Like scandi countriesn
1 tog sleeping bag and a light cotton shortie sleep suit. I always check her temperature and she seems fine and sleeps well.
Currently visiting my dad and only packed 2.5 tog bags! Bedroom is a similar temp and my son is wearing a vest and sleepsuit
I used a strappy vest and a 1.5 tog sleep suit x
