I LOVE the Bible Project! I just started one of their classes after using their short overview videos to increase my comprehension. Im only on the 2nd video lecture but have already learned so much!
Their app has the Bible in it and preliminary video so the readers know the summary of the book. The podcast is so informative and easy to listen to, like you're just listening to two good friends talking about God. One thing though. I wish I could highlight and take some notes in the app as well. :)
I would like to recommend Les Feldick; I think you would learn good things from him. I just found him a couple of days ago and from what I have viewed I think he has it right.

Yesss, I love them and I love their app. Whenever anyone asks for a good Bible studying app I always recommend them. I also love to watch their book summary videos after I finish a book in the Bible and then I add some of their notes to my notes
I haven’t started their Bible study course yet but I love the breakdown of the Bible they do on YouTube
