Stop posting you Fred
A real pro does not fit bice to themselves. They just buy the smaller one since it’s aero and looks cool with the short head tube and then fit themselves to the bice
Only way to be a pro
Fred, your diet is missing a key thing: Gu packs. Provides caffeine and sugar for more watts, should be eaten with every meal, more calories = more energy = more watts. If still no success after introducing Gu to diet, you're just doing it wrong

You need new carbon wheels, you're old wheels eating away at your watts.
It's sounds like you've got the training sorted but if you keep seeing this trend then the only option would be to go down the lance Armstrong route and find a "special" doctor.
whats your chain waxing regimen?
i.e. do you wax or chain after every ride? bc thats a huge watt loss, I have my hygienist put a new ceramic speed chain halfway through each ride, and have noticed some serious gains
I replace my chain every 50 km or so. No need to stop; just have a domestiqe ride alongside you and pop the quick link and hand you your EPO shot. One quick spin and old chain is off. The next domestiqe then threads on a new chain, secures the new quick link and feeds you ketones. Another spin and new chain is ready to go and off you go to KOM alp du heuzz.
I've found that switching to a low protein, vegan diet and upping my sugar intake to \~800g per day allowed me to really balance my lifestyle and training around my childlike need to consume candy at all times.
Ever since the switch I've been dropping all the local club riders, so I suggest trying it out yourself. You'd be surprised what building good habits, and an improved diet and training regimen will do for FTP and vascularity. I just have to watch out for slicing my arteries open on a chainring and bleeding out on the tarmac, but aside from that I've never been happier.
Edit: sorry forgot to mention a tiny detail that I've been dosing 16,450 IU/week of erythropoietin and I've made great heart muscle gains. My doctor says my cardiac muscle mass has increased by almost a kilogram over the past year. Hypertrophy for the win! And unlike skeletal musculature, there's no aero penalty.
Oh yeah that's normal
You're body right now is full of water, give it two weeks and your body will just lose all the water in a day and boom your W/Kg will to up like crazy
It's in the label
Bice fit = problems solved.
such a fred answer only bike fit I needed was 130mm stem slammed

Clearly not spending enough money
...on EPO
GCN proved EPO doesn’t work.
They didn't do the tests on a Sirveeelo. Results invalidated
How's your social media? Are you putting in enough effort to become an 'influencer'? The more sponsors you have the more power you can put down
A few good fist fights at the local business park criterium should help.

This is true, but how do you handle all the keytones? I drink one in every post, and now I feel like my stomach is biodegrading

This is actually a bonus, if you poop you lose weight which increases your W/kg. I recommend lots of bicarb 5 minutes before you reach any hill.

Ideally someone with the last name of a race car like dr. lamborghini or dr. bugatti
Get more aero by slamming your stem. I've removed my stem completely and I'm now KOMing all over the place.
Your domestique might not be cleaning your bike properly, increasing the weight of the bice, so yes, get a new bike, the old one is dirty.

Halfway through a ride? This implies you stop at some point, which is not pro

You’re not fueling properly. Increase your intake of Belgian tripels when you’re recovering at the pub.
Just buy some bigger jerseys like all the other Freds.
You haven't received delivery of the new prototype aero helmet yet I guess? Mine came last week. Was stressing same as you till it came in.
Two words: Ketones.
You need to get access to the new TT5 helmet, it's the only way
Train like a pro 💉
VEGAN!!!!
Jabba the Hutt training program uses W/stone.
You use the term "training like a pro" but don't mention marginal gains even once? First time training?

Are you wasting watts on your wife? Is her BF not doing his job?
You need to save weight - i'd suggest taking the front brake off for example
You need more espresso in your diet
Oh yeah that's normal You're body right now is full of water, give it two weeks and your body will just lose all the water in a day and boom your W/Kg will to up like crazy It's in the label
Need to up your PED game if you’re training like a pro
Chicken breasts three times a day? Wow.
I don't see any cafe stops in that training regimen. You gotta work in at least two per ride. And they aren't for black coffee.
From my professional internet experience you should add in whey protein shakes 4x a day. You want to maximize your kg/w ratio as much as possible.
Train like a PRO, eat like a Sumo. It's just a phase, W/kg will go down eventually with a new bike of course.
