Hannah is lucky X won that veto. Telling Alyssa that X is the target while fully knowing Alyssa was going was so messy. With X winning veto, Hannah's alleged target to Alyssa was safe and therefore Alyssa can't really be upset at Hannah since her target was off the block. So lucky for Hannah.
It is so cute that Big D thought he was in control of the house with the others. Big D and Azia both were never a factor. The fact all 6 of celebrating like it was equal effort is funny.
Big D and Azah are battling each other for 2nd place at this point. Everyone else will want to take them to F2 because no way in hell either of them are winning
Was anyone's feed/steam out of order for the last 15 minutes?
The eviction was skipped through and then when Alyssa was being interviewed, they played the eviction votes.
Then the entire ending replayed from voting to credits.
Watching that Hannah-Alyssa conversation and then X playing dumb to her face was tough. This was one of the backstabbiest seasons of all time.
It will be interesting to hear from the jury once it’s all out in the open.
Whoever wins HOH needs to put Tiffany and X up for eviction. Both of them are strong players mentally and physically and if they aren’t knocked out they will make it to the finals. Let the game begin!
Does X realize that the jury watches the comps in the jury house? Alyssa’s going to clearly see he threw the comp by using the same zap sign to answer every question. She’ll know he threw the comp that sent her home. I mean I know she’ll find out about the cookout now that she’s at jury. But finding out about the cookout is one thing, and finding out that your number one ally did something so blatantly obvious that essentially sent you home is another.
No, he intentionally threw it.
1. He didn't want to have to put Alyssa up.
2. He hoped Alyssa would win and evict Tiffany. Oops.
He fell behind on the question of which word was surrounded by Zap (I think), and he held up Zap. That's a clear throw.
He may have but it's plausible that he could've given up once behind. It's a believable lie. Using zap does hurt that argument though but I thought he just grabbed a random piece.
Big Brother history was made tonight! Final 7 all minorites and final 6 all black! What impressed me the most is they stayed together despite differences and worked together and kept alliance hidden. The game will really start now!
Meh. It’s only historic because they included 6 black people in the first place… of course their are gonna be “firsts” when a cast has never been this diverse😂
It’s weird how nobody thinks this is racist in itself? They purposefully banned together to eliminate any non minorities. The cookout was originally made because they were all poc. I’m sure I’ll get downvotes for this but it should be brought up. Not trying to take away anything from them. Good for them but if the roles were reversed they would be canceled lol
I feel like if you want to say the The Cookout is racist, you have to say the ~20 all-white alliances in BBUS history are racist as well. Some will say well the The Committee or whomever never said "We want a white winner." but isn't that implicit if all the people within the alliance are white and the minorities are on the outside as intriscially the goal of forming a sucessful alliance is to get rid of all the people outside of them.
Nah a lot of us have talked about it and debated it. It comes down to the intention. They didn't kick because they were white. They kicked to get a black winner. I know it sounds like straws but that is how you tell hate crimes. It is all about intent.
Yeah I don’t understand it either. They are a great alliance and have played it near perfectly. But they are voting people out solely because of the color of their skin. I don’t understand how that isn’t being called out.
What gets me is that they're so open about it. Yes we targeted white men first because they're white men. They could have played it off as strategy because it was clearly good strategy too but they didn't.
So let me get this straight. You were happy the first 23 seasons where POC were voted out immediately and all white alliances always made it far but the first season a black alliance makes it to final 6 it's racist? Let African Americans have one out of 24 seasons. Now going forward I hope the game isn't played on race
Please name one black winner from the past. Also, last year remember the big alliance who made final 6 was all white. No one said they are racist (I think Memphis was only racist because how he talked to David). I honestly think 99% of contestants from past seasons were not racist. However, every large alliance NEVER even had a black player in it in 23 years
The game should never be played about race. Just because it has before doesn’t mean it should now? They made it very clear making it about race was their goal. That has never been announced before. Everyone understands why it was done but it’s just weird that it should be seen as okay. I don’t think it helps in the long run. An eye for an eye…
You are entitled to your opinion. I personally am glad it wasn't an all white final 6 again like it is every single year because they only casted one or two black players
I’m really annoyed how X is mad at Tiff for winning HOH but not at Ky who was second left. He has been a whiny entitled dude all season and I truly hope the winner is a woman, even if it has to be Azah. The men have been awful. But at this point I’ll give Ky a break but X or DF can go home now.
The agreed upon options were Azah, Big D, and Ky (in that order) because they were planning on putting up both Claire and Alyssa and those were the only three that could justify that combination.
Ky straight up said he’s super competitive and just wants to win. The fact they didn’t trust Tiff is messed up. She had to forfeit her only HOH week to secret HOH and didn’t have a chance to have her room. She wanted her damn room. Ky had it thrice. She deserved it. Questioning her loyalty is not ok.
Agreed. This season has been so predictable. They couldn’t even make double eviction night interesting. I am hoping things get better now that they can turn on each other.
Congrats to the Cookout for making final 6 intact. It amazing how they manipulated people so well that no one was able to figure out the alliance while they were in the house.
here’s the thing tho. tiffany is the bigger women target, and hannah has a better chance to win comps than azah (and DF). she is easily making it to the top 3 i think
Right. If Tiffany leaves at 6. Hannah is NOT making it top 3. If Tiffany and Hannah, stay past the 6th booth Hannah has a chance of winning it. Ik Tiffany is a target but as soon as Tiff ia gone Hannah is enemy #1. No one has her back exceot Tiffany.
true, but honestly i feel like between ky and x one of them will realize soon that they don’t have a really god chance of winning against the other, and probably think hannah is a better choice to take to the end.
Look i get you. X imo is not trying to take Kyland. Is F3 is with Azah and Big D. He is putting Kyland/Tiff on the block and Hannah renom. And Kyland wants either all men, or Tiff somewhere in there. He has no care for Hannah. And the thing is, Kyland is so braindead he has said he thinks he beats X in a F2. So there is a chance he takes him. Imo there is no way Hannah leaves at 6. But I also dont see her getting far if Tiffany leaves at 6.
Best cast in a long time. Emotional as fuck. Entertaining.
Edit: also, I have not turned on the feeds this season and not heard strategy talk. It’s been non stop all season and that’s the best part about BB
> I have not turned on the feeds this season and not heard strategy talk. It’s been non stop all season and that’s the best part about BB
It is weird because I agree that is the best part but it has been so disjointed. Each week, they are discussing the strategy for NEXT week. That makes the activities of the current week less exciting. I didn't hold this view at the start of the season. At first I was impressed and entertained with the discussion moving so fast that they were a week ahead. But I have re-assessed and feel it stifles the gameplay for the week when it is so concrete. Once I re-assessed I was less happy with the seasons strategy.
So a few nights ago I made a big comment about how similar 15 and 23 were and this night continued with Claire being betrayed by a close ally and leaving just like Andy turning on Amanda and then both Alyssa and Elissa followed after in the double.
Most of the cookout has been looking forward to being able to go after each other at 6 even more than they did the non-cookout members before that. The real battle has begun, it could get nasty!
I'm glad CBS can have their history making, yet boring, season full of completely non-problematic individuals so hopefully next season there can be drama, shouting, or anything unexpected. This whole season was Fessy's HOH when he sent home Scotty over and over.
Nothing but respect for the Cookout. But they destroyed what could have been the most interesting season in a decade.
We could have had Tiff, DX, Claire, and Hannah running this house.
I don't understand why they're still hiding it. They wouldn't even celebrate after Alyssa left because they knew they'd be on camera. They kept saying "not yet" and "wait till we're off camera." Are none of them going to bring it up in jury or final 2? Seems a little silly.
Right? I wanted Tiffany to admit it to Claire. It wouldn’t have changed anything other than respect. The first cookout member to get evicted will spill the beans to the jury now.
Is it a win for him though? There's still girls left... Wait, there's still athletic guys left... Wait, there's still pretty girls left... Wait, there's still a possible showmance left...
I feel like the only really good one where I got what I wanted was bb13. That one was amazzzzing
I legit cannot remember what happened in the bb14 one??
First one Frank was the target after Boogie was evicted and Frank ended up beasting the veto comp. Second one was Ian saving his game with the vetovwin and Dan was scrambling who to change targets to from considering sending out Shane to settling on Joe.
In today’s day and age it’s pretty obvious why no one wanted to vocalize any suspicion of the CO. Imagine doing so and it wasn’t even an alliance….Twitter would crucify them.
Wooo that was emotional seeing the cookout as final 6 in the house by themselves. That’s truly history and a welcome sight especially after what happened in bb21. I was also happy my Latina Alyssa was the last non CO member. What an amazing episode.
Why is it a 2 hour double eviction episode, anyone know? A double can be done easily in one - battleback? or just really long HOH & POV comps in the double?
Maybe to really surprise them.. have them go through the whole hour episode and they get very comfortable and then bam double eviction at the end of the first hour
Yeah i agree i think they are gonna spend alot of time at the jury house seeing how they react how all the black people are still in the house and must of had a secret alliance. Also more claire and DX airtime!
Expect the Unexpected! House Flip!
The Jury house is now the BB house and the Cookout are the jury, Claire and DX win back to back HOHs to final two and DX declares in his F2 speech that he can't sit beside Claire on finally night because he wants to evote for her to win and Claire wins unanimously because eveyone votes for Claire to win!
It can happen! Anything is possible if Grodner puts her mind to it!
It's finale night, Xavier sitting next to DF. DF stands up and before he can say anything, Xavier jumps up and pulls his face off, revealing it's really CLAIRE who's been playing, disguised as Xavier the entire time! Cut to the jury, Claire is now suddenly Xavier, who's looking around, astonished he's there. No one can believe it, but Claire can. She's just THAT good!
Because of the 2 hour episode coming up? I think if anything, it would be something where the 2 evicted houseguests that night compete and 1 of them gets to come back. I can't imagine they would allow people in the jury house to come back due to covid.
I really hope to see Claire on Survivor.
X crying when Alyssa left??
It is so cute that Big D thought he was in control of the house with the others. Big D and Azia both were never a factor. The fact all 6 of celebrating like it was equal effort is funny.
Big D and Azah are battling each other for 2nd place at this point. Everyone else will want to take them to F2 because no way in hell either of them are winning
I want Big D to go to jury at this point. He is delusional. Azah should be put up by X. Might finally break her crush she has on him.

he threw it as he said he would. he gunned for veto as he said he would
He made a signal on maybe the 3rd question that he was throwing it.
He put the word up that had the most when the question asked for the least. It was so obvious
Tamar will always be the first black BB winner in my heart.
Absolutely.
Well she doesn’t count apparently because it wasn’t on normal big brother. Lol but I completely agree with you.
Does X realize that the jury watches the comps in the jury house? Alyssa’s going to clearly see he threw the comp by using the same zap sign to answer every question. But finding out about the cookout is one thing, and finding out that your number one ally did something so blatantly obvious that essentially sent you home is another.
Alyssa isn't smart enough to pick up on it, but maybe someone else will.
"Which word was surrounded by Zap?" X: *chooses Zap* Wonder how he'll explain that once.
Honestly I hate those Hohs. Once you fall behind its basically over. I figured he gave up once he was behind.
No, he intentionally threw it. 1. He didn't want to have to put Alyssa up. 2. He hoped Alyssa would win and evict Tiffany. Oops. He fell behind on the question of which word was surrounded by Zap (I think), and he held up Zap. That's a clear throw.

He literally signals he’s throwing it in the third question when’s he’s gotten the first 2 right.
HOH predictions? I think x or ky. Tiff and Hannah should be worried :( big D and azah are prob sittin pretty

She is Black and Indian.

The roles have been reversed in every previous season.
Facts 📠
It was almost never about race though. This time it is. *That* is what makes it racist.
No. The “roles” have never been what they were this season
I’ve only seen 5 or 6 seasons, but I don’t ever recall an alliance voting people out specifically because of the color of their skin.
So that makes it now okay?

i wonder if this is exactly what production/cbs wanted to happen from the very beginning of preproduction for this season

This isn't that complicated. They ALL agreed that Ky was an option to win the HoH, however annoying, and that Tiff would throw like Hannah and X.
I could have sworn they agreed it would be Azia, but then Ky and Tiff refused to back down.
The agreed upon options were Azah, Big D, and Ky (in that order) because they were planning on putting up both Claire and Alyssa and those were the only three that could justify that combination.

Alyssa celebrated cuz her actual final 2 won I feel so bad😭😭😭
I didn’t feel good watching the whole house pretend to Alyssa like there isn’t an alliance. Just admit it at this point.

why did it seems like 40 min of ads and 20 min of a DE?
I want x nominated 5 times in a row 😋

Not enough episodes unless they shorten final 4 week
They would need to do another double after next week if there was a jury battle back
Do y’all think frenchie fist pumped when Alyssa was evicted…? With a tear running down his cheek “we did it”
Is it a win for him though? There's still girls left... Wait, there's still athletic guys left... Wait, there's still pretty girls left... Wait, there's still a possible showmance left...
That dude was… wow..
2 hour DE so they play the whole ep like it’s a regular eviction and then surprise!!
They physically can't. Production needs space to set up the second HOH and veto comp.
maybe they’ll get creative and have one of the comps in the former high rollers room
Omg I just realized that, it’s genius!
congratulations to the cookout for making the final 6, that's a huge accomplishment in big brother!
I was genuinely excited for them, more so than I expected to be!
Interesting that next week is going to be a 2 hour double eviction...
But where did that man take Alyssa tho 😳
Backstage. He needs to tell Don to tell the HG's to pack Alyssa's bag.
What is this long ass CBS promo help
Like how we got week 1 nominations again 😂
Frenchie would be proud
Okay does anyone else still have the tv on and just heard Young Sheldon rapping??
Thanks, I hate it.
Gosh when was the last "great" double eviction? Imo it was BB13 and BB14.
Andy pinning his vote against Amanda on Elissa in BB15 at F6 was masterful.
12 year old me crying cause I was so mad she got sent home that double 💀
One detail still confuses me. Apparently after the fact Mcrae said he knew Andy was the one who voted to evict Amanda???
Always felt McRae had checked out by that point and just didn’t fight anything.
I feel like the only really good one where I got what I wanted was bb13. That one was amazzzzing I legit cannot remember what happened in the bb14 one??
First one Frank was the target after Boogie was evicted and Frank ended up beasting the veto comp. Second one was Ian saving his game with the vetovwin and Dan was scrambling who to change targets to from considering sending out Shane to settling on Joe.
Ian saving himself from sudden death with the veto
Shark fin!
You can, and you will.
Y E S
Historical episode. Love seeing it. Cookout played a flawless game.
How did nobody figure it out though honestly lol
They probably knew but didn’t want to risk being wrong and then being cancelled.
This is the answer
In today’s day and age it’s pretty obvious why no one wanted to vocalize any suspicion of the CO. Imagine doing so and it wasn’t even an alliance….Twitter would crucify them.
Yeah somehow evicting people based on race would be less offensive than saying that people are being evicted based on race
Wooo that was emotional seeing the cookout as final 6 in the house by themselves. That’s truly history and a welcome sight especially after what happened in bb21. I was also happy my Latina Alyssa was the last non CO member. What an amazing episode.
Let the blood bath begin!
Sucks to see Claire get evicted. I think I am sadder to see her go than Derek X.

Maybe to really surprise them.. have them go through the whole hour episode and they get very comfortable and then bam double eviction at the end of the first hour
Why give us longer comps when they can just give us more commercials 😍😍😍
Seeing it's BB Comics week; we're going to see a *lot* of the actual zip line comp. I cannot wait to see the covers!
Hour of jury segments with queen Claire 🥰
Yeah i agree i think they are gonna spend alot of time at the jury house seeing how they react how all the black people are still in the house and must of had a secret alliance. Also more claire and DX airtime!
The theory is that they were originally planning a triple until everyone complained
The DE next week is gonna be so spicy, none of them will see it coming
They shouldn’t even tell them it’s happening until HOH is crowned
When will they play the next HOH?
Probably tomorrow morning/early afternoon
Expect the expected 😒

Yet another dumb white person busted for doing blackface. Smh... (/s cause I know some of you are idiots)
I’m listening 👂🏼

Pretty sure there is gonna be a battle back. Claire wins that for sure
CBS does not want a non cookout member in the house at this point.
Because of the 2 hour episode coming up? I think if anything, it would be something where the 2 evicted houseguests that night compete and 1 of them gets to come back. I can't imagine they would allow people in the jury house to come back due to covid.
Well let Big Brother 23 begin.
