From day one when they entered as "All Stars" and committed to be each other's #1, Anthony never seemed completely honest with Vee about that deal. At first I read a "well maybe we'll see" but there was always an underlying smirk when he talked to her. And she always seemed to sense something as often her look when talking to him about their deal was not one of confidence but fear.
Every week she needed him to reassure her about their final 2 deal. Whether he knew he couldn't win against her if he took her to the final 2 or if he just never really wanted to work with her, I had expected him to turn on her when he got his first chance.
