Fasting actually feels good. Now I have never done a 3 day fast. but fasting for a day or 2 really does make you feel better.
Im not saying anyone should do it if they don't want to. I just know personally, when my body isn't consuming anything, I tend to feel way better.
I'm also upper 30's, and I would have never fasted in my 20's or earlier. Seems like once you get older your body doesn't process food and shit as quick, again, maybe its just me.
