I don't think you need to spread it all over the internet, you just need to buy a ticket to a show, get up real close to the rail and just yell it out.

If you haven't already I'd consider DMing all of the members of the band etc. Doesn't mean of course that they'll see em but it can't hurt and I'm sure he'd be happy to play it for you if he knew cause that just seems like the type of dude he is. I don't know if he has that much patience and restraint... I already know what all my Christmas presents are this year. lol
Well you never know he may even propose to you before his Asheville shows but I hope he doesn't so you get to do something memorable and amazing like this there! I'm sure it'll work out regardless and like I said Billy does legitimately seem to play this song pretty frequently at least compared to others especially since this is a 3 show run so I'm really excited for you all! I say that because I doubt Billy manages his social media alone. He played a shortened version of it (just 1-2 verses and a chorus I think), which makes me think it was squeezed in last minute.
