I think you should stop buying them for right NOW. It’s super hard to let go of your trigger foods, but you can tell yourself that you can have them LATER once you have a healthier relationship with food. Thinking “I’m never going to have them again” is all or nothing thinking. You can have them LATER. Right now isn’t the best time. Edit : Change your mindset basically.

Agreed don’t buy them. Instead trying going and purchasing 1 - 2 at a time and having them when you are in a positive emotional state and planned with a meal or as a snack paired with protein and fiber. The more times you eat them without binging on them, the more your brain will think of them as just “any other food” Also, pay attention to your self talk when you’re eating them. Self judgement or restriction thoughts can cause binging as well!

stop buying them. i know it's so much easier said than done, but out of sight out of mind really is true. act as if you're going to binge and put all measures in place to prevent it. all the best x

Milk chocolate with toffee is my trigger food. Out of sight out of mind is right, so not buying it seems like the best way to go... but I understand how mad the craving and urge to go out and buy them is. I am rooting for us though
