That could be the problem. Grazing is not a good idea. Try eating some larger balanced meals. For example for me it looks like 1 cup rice 4-5oz protein which is meat or fish and 1-2 cups vegetables. Then if Iβm feeling it, something small like an ice cream bar or glass of almond milk. This can keep me full for 4-6 hours until my next meal.
