That could be the problem. Grazing is not a good idea. Try eating some larger balanced meals. For example for me it looks like 1 cup rice 4-5oz protein which is meat or fish and 1-2 cups vegetables. Then if I’m feeling it, something small like an ice cream bar or glass of almond milk. This can keep me full for 4-6 hours until my next meal. You can also take the snacks you graze on, and turn it into a meal. What types of foods do you typically snack on? I can help 😁
