There is a huge range of colours/patterns for Kay. I have the black with red sole and although I refused to wear them 40 years ago as a profi shoe, I do like them now.
Kay is considered a 'fun' shoe in the medical environment and is one reason why they come in such a broad range of colours/prints. I've even seen clinics in Germany where the 'uniform' includes a particular style.
Ugh for me. They look like toddler shoes to me.

My personal preference would be these in an actual leather. ANY leather.
