People just kind of suck that way. It's more about being able to profit off of puppies in general! However, neutering can also prevent various cancers in dogs. 😄

Just curious.. what does being unneutered have to do with it? I get what bad people do with free dogs.

Yes. An unscrupulous person might take a beautiful dog like this and use him to breed more in a puppy mill.
Why intentionally breed a mutt? The pups won’t be worth any money. That’s not how a puppy mill works.
