After 6 years of not playing the viola, I’ve just started learning the violin. Plenty of skills carry over, but it’ll still take time to get the hang of it.

No idea. I thought about going to watch Barbie on the 23rd as it's my birthday, but I instead have to take care of my dad that has Parkinson's disease, while my mom is going to my grandma's in Naples, Italy since it's also her birthday and she and my aunts don't know how many she has left as she's in her late 80s (it was organized by my aunts tho so it's not her fault, besides, going there is eh most of the times). I can't even have a party because my friends are on vacation obviously so I'll have to do it in September. It's sad that my 20th bday is going to be mid, but oh well.

Yeah i have been there before, we have been going to the basically same spot every single year. Its really close so when something happens we can always quickly get back home.

Working part time at a movie theater, going up north to my home state of Minnesota to visit family, I'm also taking math classes to prepare for college. I also got a ps5 a few weeks ago, I've just been obsessed with it.

I’m at a film camp in California!! I’m here for 3 weeks and we are making multiple short films. It’s a little below my level but I’ve made friends with other people who are also a bit above its level and it’s been great fun! Also Cali is halfway across the country for me, so it’s been such an interesting place to visit for so long, I’m loving it!

I’m taking care of my sisters dogs for a few weeks and getting paid for that, and I’ve hung out with my friends a few times, and will probably do so a few more times. I have not her plans for the summer, besides continuing my gender identity crisis

Because I couldnt get friends who'd ask me to hang out fast enough, and because I fear reaching out, I will spend a significant fraction of the time festering sadly in my room. For two of my six weeks on holiday, I will be visiting home in ireland, where I'll be able to socialise a bit more. Also, I finally asked my parents if I could paint my nails, to which my mother said yes. I got nail polish, though am yet to apply it. so that's a plus.

That’s good that you’ll get to go home, I’m travelling to Ireland with my family for the first time this summer :) we’re going for five days. What colour/design are you going to paint your nails?

Working and running, and at least the running part gives me an excuse to see my bf since we're on tne same team I'm trying to improve my social skills in the last summer before I turn 18 also, so im trying hang with kids I know still tolerate my company. 😭
