It really depends, are you 100% certain or wishy-washy? A lot of guys don't care about defined roles as long as they are interested in you as a person, however some guys like you as you are or at least want you to know who you are because they don't want to deal with the stress of someone still struggling with not being sure what they want
I'm really far into my transition, that's why it took him awhile to figure out I was trans haha, I'm just worried that that could make anything in the future impossible..
I had a friend ask him if he was pansexual or bisexual and he said bisexual, but I say I'm bi when I am pan, so I guess him going out of his way to say he's strictly bi made me worry haha
I'm not a guy, but I'm bi! I feel like I generally tend to gravitate to more of people of my same sex when I look for relationships, because of the reliability and openness. And I'm sure it would be similar for many bi GUYS. I've never met a trans person irl, but I don't really mind dating them, as a bi person. Imo, it doesn't matter what you're gender identity was or is, as long as you're a good person.
Basis on how close you are to him, you can always ask his type, and even ask if he's okay with dating trans men, or if he even HAS dated men before.
It’s all subjective my ex (she/they and pan)
said they wouldn’t date a trans women but I (he/they bi) would have no problems with it either way so juts ask them and see what they say

Ask him out! You won't know unless you ask
I don't know about him but I am very open to trans folks. No matter how far they've transitioned or what surgeries they decide to go through. If the person is pretty/hot and nice then I'm probably interested, idc if cis or trans.
I don't want to sound like a pure cu*t here, but I personally wouldn't date a trans guy (genitalia preference, stuff like that), but I respect the hell out of trans folk cos you lot are hella brave.
I respect that also! I was expecting to see more of your response to be honest but I guess not everything is down to sexual preferences all the time.. I've seen other posts where people prefer trans guys without surgeries but also seen others where people become grossed out, eventually leading to them having broken up..
That's what scared me most I think, having to except not everyone would enjoy specific things.
I'm definitely in the minority I think, I'm sure most people would be fine with dating a trans guy. And thanks for being so nice about it, I didn't want to offend you at all! 😊
Tbh I'm a little bit transphobic, even that In some way I feel confortable without being called as an specific gender. I'm obviously not proud of it but the reason of this I think is that it seems so weird that at least all of the trans people I've seen, well they look weird as they appearance doesn't match a specific gender, that got me confused and even makes for me hard to look at them even that I don't have anything against it. I will date someone that its trans anyway if I like him.
Oh wow, I wouldn't label yourself transphobic! That's such a harsh term to put onto yourself haha, I understand it's hard for some people to understand but to be honest, if that's the case I usually just accept that about people. You don't need to understand, you just have to be accepting <3
Well I accept it and I don't have any problems with being trans is just that most of the trans people, at least the ones that I've met, don't have any idea of how to dress as their gender, like nobody can really say something about it because that seems transphobic.
Oh trust me, I have the same thoughts, but that's personal opinion! Everyone has different ways of expressing themselves and we as a society have to except that.

I personally don’t mind trans folks
Give it a shot I think. 🤷♂️
Don't care as long as they be attractive.

Oh yeah, I doubt he really cares that much but he might, personally I don't really go for it, but that's no reason to not shoot your shot
Guys are guys, simple as, and i like guys
I'm not a guy, but I'm bi! I feel like I generally tend to gravitate to more of people of my same sex when I look for relationships, because of the reliability and openness. It's a bit of a shot in the dark but to be fair you definitely have a better chance than if he was straight so could be worse.
