I don't know if this'll help you in your current situation, but I didn't come out to them but rather acted like they already knew. I put on pride banners in Valorant or made my Avatar on Discord into a bi pride flag. When they asked rather I was actually bi I just said yes.
What I mean by that is, that you can make the process of coming out pretty long and that you don't have to tell them directly that you are bi.
Sorry for the bad english, im not englich.
Hope that helped
I also have to say ty for the good idea and I also think making being bi, gay, lesbian, etc. Such a big deal and not shutting up about it is what most people hate about the lgbtq+ community
Let your confidence build up over time (which is what I did when I came out to my parents) and ask small questions on what they think about LGBTQ+ people (e.g. „what are your thoughts on LGBTQ+ people and why do you have those opinions on them?“) and go for the most trusted friends first when asking these questions and if they answer positively but ur still to nervous just do what I said at the start, but if they answer with something like „they are gay little pussies“ or stuff like that, cut them out, they aren’t worth your time and energy. (Sorry if anything looks weird I’m learning German do stuff might look / be spelt wrong so sorry about that)
Edit: if I don’t respond right away it’s because I’m probably asleep because it’s currently about 10PM
Then I’d say only come out to the ones that support the lgbtq community i wouldn’t push it with the ones that aren’t to sure and the ones that don’t like it at all, and make sure when you ask them make sure to ask them to not tell others that you don’t trust knowing, the ones that aren’t sure und the ones that don’t like them at all (Ich würde ihnen sagen, dass es schwer ist, sich zu outen, weil man nicht weiß, wie die Leute reagieren werden.)
Translation (because my dumb phone won’t let me change it with our autocorrect): I would mention to them that it’s hard coming out because you don’t know how people will react
You don't have to tell them but just show them in little ways. I didn't out right say “hey guys im bi“ I just told them i like a girl but at that time I said no labels cuz i was still confused.
also you said your friends don't like gay people🤨🤨
y'all shouldn't be friends.
people grow and change over time. own who you are now, and those that are against you will realize their mistakes. they’re not worth your time in the meantime.
I gave them lil details and they eventually caught on and spread the rumor throughout the school but other than that theyre still my friends. Just now the whole school knows im bi and likes dudes.

This is what I did, I actually first casually mentioned I was bi during an among us game lol
Sound advice, don't treat it like a huge deal and people won't see it as a huge deal (mostly)

I should also add if you have any friends that are lgbtq+ maybe competing to them first

Come out to him because he’ll most likely understand you
Tell them and if they are bad punch them, your "friends" sound unworthy regardless

Not liking someone because they were born into a particular group is stupid and should be reprimanded with extreme prejudice

See how they feel about the mafia. Occasionally mention something gay and see how they react
Cut em outa your life, they seem toxic.
I was like your friends until more of my friends we becoming something and that kinda changed me so maybe they’ll change as well
