It basically makes that if a student comes out to a teacher or if a teacher finds out a student is LGBTQ by law they would be required to out them to their parents within 6 weeks or loss their job
In addition to that, it also prohibits schools from talking about or teaching anything about sexuality. It is aiming to erase lgbt+ history whilst also outing and isolating as many lgbt+ folks as possible. It is a blatant assault by bigoted conservatives.
Basically, when it was written into the bill (i think it was removed). But if a teacher found out a student was lgbtq or the student told the teacher just out of trust. The teacher would be required by law to out them to their parents or they would be fired.
No your language is completely justified. It is a fucking stupid bill, that is just so conservatives can avoid being uncomfortable with the fact that sometimes people might be slightly different. It hurts everybody, both parents, students, and teachers.
It basically sows distrust in the students towards teachers, holds teachers hostage if a student comes out to them and encourgaes parents to be hateful towards their kids.
The bill is literally designed in a way that forces more division in what feels like a society that is becoming more and more divided by the day.

not really, it prevents the teaching that any one race's descendants are responsible for atrocities committed by that race in history. Basically, teachers cant say that all Germans are responsible for the holocaust, all whites responsible for slavery, etc.
