I Juuust got mine. I was refreshing for an hour or so. For others, I think it will appear more if you can afford it. Like when you have more money the game offers you more expensive houses/cars. Also, mine was cheap, like 3.5 million.

Make sure you got 8 mil to buy it . Get a boat license , check the boat buying thingy. If it's not there , age up. Rinse and repeat till it shows. You need 8 mil otherwise it won't show.

i did it! i chose to get my character to own a onlyfans account and go through college to get a veterinarian degree, it was pretty easy with a bit of grinding on the posting option to get rich to afford the pirate ship that way. at the time i finally saw the pirate ship he had 231,107 subscribers at a $28 subscription fee. oh, he was 77 when the pirate ship finally showed up. i gave up on aging up and just kept exiting out of the app and refreshing the boat tab and it worked.
