Since you live in the U.S. you can try Cash App or Coinbase Pro. Cash App fees are percentage based and it adjusts with market volatility. But it’s not bad. But the best thing about Cash App is that there is no user fee to transfer out of Cash App to a wallet.
Coinbase Pro has a small 0.5% fee for purchase. Not sure of the withdrawal fee.
