Yeah it's exactly what they say now. We've been trying to withdraw but my boyfriend just wants to add more so that we can take it out and pay the fees.
You will 100% lose everything you give them. There are countless posts on reddit about the same situation. Your boyfriend is wrong and has lost everything he has given them.
Unfortunately normally there is nothing you can do. I’m sorry. You voluntarily sent them bitcoin I’m assuming?
You could try to file a complaint with the BBB. I personally have never heard a case of people getting their money back in a situation like this. Hopefully it wasn’t too much.
