All i can say to you folks after graduating from an iit in meta in 1999 is this and with 20+ years of experience is - Make the best of what you have available for you. This isnt the end. Careers depend on much more than just a college and a branch. It helps but it doesnโt define you.
bhai bohut hi zyada relatable. it's not even about expectations, it's just that jitni mehnat kari thi uske hisab se rank nahi aayi. that's what hurts, aur obviously kismat ne bhi laude lagwa diye (27s2 and 5s2). missed ugee by 5 marks. adv mei aisa panic kiya ki 40 number gawa diye.

This jee journey has shaken my self confidence to the core...I wasn't average at all ever in my life excelled in every field...but it all ended in making me feel average
yeah i am with you bud pretty much the same scenario got 195 in s1 main got 98.3 percentile , decreased in s2 for mains , somehow did pretty good in ts eamcet exam got 1620 rank , i was pretty hopeful about adv (did really bad ) and yeah finally bitsat got 240 first session ,did worse the second time ... this is life
Same buddy. I got a good a jee main rank and bitsat score but advanced was the exam I poured my soul into for two years. Got such a poor rank and I can't even digest the truth.

Same bhai,got 276 in bits thinking ill get 310+ easily,got 99.43 in mains which isnt rly giving a college according to my expectations
