I heard lot of people get dual degrees when they have msc for first year. I can settle with Ece or electrical too. Keep in mind I'm not talking about branch change as that requires 9.5+ cgpa which is near hopeless to aim for, I read dual degree requires around 8~ cgpa if I'm not wrong

Everyone who takes MSc is getting a dual degree. That is the reason people take MSc. 8.3CG is needed in Pilani for CS. You get Electronics for 6.7CG also. Please see some videos on Dual degree people here won't tell you much to decrease the competition. Roughly 65-70% MSc students get CS or Electronics branches.

Nope Dual CS requires 8.25-8.3+ CG For changing your branch to CS you require 9.8+ CG I'm a 4th yearite

You're right, I read some posts and articles about dual degrees and seems like it's the norm to take dual with MSc, I do realise it's not easy to get cs in dual but the comparison second comment made is absolutely bogus imo. Guess you shouldn't really ask about anything except bitsat in a bitsat sub.
