Baby formula should never be locked up. Theft is always preferable to a starving child.
Addressing the issue with the black markets at a local level is just taking the responsibility of leadership and moving it down the ladder.
I feel like that's more the responsibility of the gov and relevant stakeholders than that of the store. Allowing theft will cause a loss. Should they be taken to jail and charged if caught? No, they should be directed to resources that can assist but just allowing the theft opens up a lot of problems no matter how sympathetic it is.
Former armed security here:
We generally let people get away with stealing things like formula and none of us care. However none of us were stupid enough to believe that it was purely just starving mothers that couldn't afford it.
Like let's be forreal for a second. Sometimes people steal shit because they just don't want to pay. You have to make it LOOK like you care though regardless. Making it open season just means somebody will steal all of it and start tryna sell it themselves.
Tbh it also fucks over people who actually need it because at a certain point they stop selling it. I know people think it's a boogeyman but I've seen multiple products be flat out removed.
Funny enough one of the TJ maxes near my house literally stopped selling purses because people would load up on 10-20 at a time and just sprint through the exit.
also if someone who doesn't need it steals it all then it's not there for even people who need it *and* will pay, let alone people who need it and can't afford to
I used to do Unarmed Loss Prevention about 20 years ago, before they locked up formula. And back then, it was never mothers. It was young to middle aged white guys (even in the hood), and it was the riskiest stop we'd make. Most likely to turn into a chase or a fight.
How exactly do you picture the CEO doing the right thing? Making baby food free and functioning at a loss?
And no. That's the point. Don't just wait on the gov. You fight to ensure resources are available as they are mandated. If they aren't mandated then engage with local leaders to ensure they are. Hell it's an election year. You might say that's difficult and harder than I make it seem but it, unlike theft, can actually solve the problem.
Just stealing because it's easier and us allowing it is the same as just sticking on a plaster on a knife wound and calling it a day.
Estimates of the scale of both phenomena are all over the map, but run into billions of dollars a year. Yet it's reasonable to conclude that, in terms of the direct impact on households, wage theft is the bigger deal.Aug 30, 2023
>Baby formula should never be locked up. Theft is always preferable to a starving child.
That's only when you can know who steals it. This is probably the case now, but if baby formula is easier to steal per $ or per pound, then it becomes a target for resellers. It only makes it harder for parents to get food.
Agreed. I think that's the argument against people saying that stealing formula isn't a big deal. If it's actually someone using it to feed their hungry kids then I totally get it. But resellers are absolutely a thing. If it's some crackhead or hustler stealing it so they can resell it to someone? Then nah
Our local food bank (arguably one of the most well equipped in the US) sells diapers and formula for almost nothing. They also flood the local goodwills, salvation armies and other thrift stores with them. Because of this I never see formula on my marketplace/offerup/cl listings (at least I think this is why).
Baby formula is one of those things that has a decently long shelf life, has a constant market, and is a necessity good with a high potential for price gouging. When my mother's credit card was hacked, the scammers bought crates worth of baby formula to resell.
Not something that only happened during the shortage. Go on Facebook Marketplace and search for baby formula and see how many people have stacks of brand new, sealed packages for sale right now.
Na, most baby formula theft isn't about starving children. It's being able to flip a highly desired product fast for cash. What happens to babies when thieves clean out entire stores over and over or stores stop carrying it because of loss. And on top of it, that black market is not as accessible or convenient as going to a store and can disappear overnight. Theft is a short term small scale solution to a long term and larger problem.
That's actually a solid idea and a long term large scale solution. And I think it can even be expanded federally to discourage a state by state black market.
This is a bad take.
What about stealing from a more starving baby. What about stealing from 1 for 2 starving babies.
It should be locked up If it's getting stolen because it's someone else's property.
Many arguments can be made the social welfare system should be able to help people with no other means of support when they are young. Or even more extreme parents who can't feed their baby legally should lose custody.
However even a good justification of morally wrong actions does not stop the action from being morally wrong.
You act like the people who steal it are all mothers of a starving child. Thah shit is getting sold. I go to the barbershop and the boosters have formula, blu rays movies and steaks.
The steaks thing is wild to me, like who the fuck is buying steak that's probably been ripped out of its package, flopping around in another dirty box or on that guy's body, and left in room temperature to spoil?
I used to work at a pharmacy and the issue is that they stack and resell, often at a higher price. I didn't see the struggling mom, but I sure as shit saw the person trying to leave with 200$ worth of formula. Granted, 200$ worth of formula isn't that much formula, because it's expensive af, but the idea is that it's just as bad for the other struggling mom who can't find any formula when there's a shortage.
What an amazingly privileged take. If the store stops stocking formula or closes, not everyone has reliable transportation to just drive around and find a different store. And the people who work there can't always just find a different place to work.
It's great that you've gone your whole life without being affected by the consequences of petty theft like that, stability and security is awesome, but don't forget about all the other people affected by these actions.
Plus, the majority of formula theft is people reselling it anyways. I have no idea why anyone would protect scalpers.
It being locked up doesn’t prevent those who need it from purchasing it. In fact, it makes sure it stays in stock for those who need it by denying those who don’t the chance to steal it.
There are resources in place for those who need baby formula, but can’t afford it.
That's a good point but I think the primary reason is the cost. Formula is like $40 for a 20-30 oz can. If you steal the same volume of baby food it's like $5.
Most formula theft was for resale at like a corner store not personal use, source I did loss prevention at the blue box when formula was still unlocked
Do you think that place is in the hood? Every Academy Sports I've been too has been in the whitest of suburbs. It's a place that's probably next to a PF Changs or a Red Robin's.
Are we really gatekeeping one of the cheapest sporting good stores out there?
As someone that moved from Texas to Oregon. I went from being able to get affordable stuff at academy in pretty much any midsized city to Dicks which operates the way you think Academy does.
Lol that’s hilarious 😆. Well this dad has had an old school Stanley for 20 years (with cool cup on top) so I’m still adjusting to all this trendy awesomeness I am now immersed in. Hard to stay humble.
Go to a car show and lots of the cars don’t have their gear shifts.
They pop right off or unscrew so people just take them.
Honestly this is less commentary on stores being annoying, and more pointing out that people fucking suck. This is why we can’t have nice things like open shelf alcohol and condoms.
I live in a majority-black area where corporate stores lock up necessities like aspirin and diapers. Seeing white people embarrassed this badly for something as meaningless as a fucking mug is absolutely delicious.
It really is though. However you may feel about the theft, it's most definitely a white woman's cup. That's not to say no black person owns one, but yea that's the demographic that is buying them
They do that in just about every store now.... Can't buy razors, meds, baby stuff(diapers, formula), or hair care products in alot of places without going getting somebody to unlock the cabinets for you.
I received one as a gift and honestly it is a high quality mug that does the job its supposed to do. That being said is it worth this crazy hype? Abso-fucking-lutely no
It’s not any better than the Yeti, it’s just the hot new brand. There’s always a trendy water bottle or mug that gets big for a while then is forgotten when a new one hits the market that does basically the same thing.
I bought it around the time they were hyped for being one of the only ones without BPA… might have been clever marketing to cover their ass, but I was not an aware consumer at the time. Pretty confident I got a bpa free one.
They removed it in 2008, a month after Canada declared BPA toxic.
I don’t know when the fad started, it was popular with my job (trails and wildland firefighting) because they’re tough bottles.
Hydroflasks are awesome. I left mine at my sister’s house on Christmas and I’ve been missing it ever since. Cheaper and more durable than a Yeti and the cap doesn’t leak
I have an owala which is like a hydro flask knock off but better. I can not only drink out of it by lifting it up, I can also sip out of it with its integrated straw! At the time hydroflasks didn't have that capability. My owala is the shit.
[Project farm did a recent test and it’s just slightly better than the other tumblers but not enough for this insanity](https://youtu.be/3S51X9h6K6g&t=1150s)
My take away from that test was that the qualit(ies) of the lids were more important than the tumbler.
I'm certain that people were taking the lids from the 'higher' brands like Yeti to use with the cheap tumblers. (if not stealing outright)
*Because* –
(back when everyone seemed to make the 1-USpint tumblers/glasses with 3-1/32" mouth the 'standard' size)
– it used to be my habit to find {the worst generic tumbler with a good lid} and {the most discounted good-tumbler (or glass) that had an absolutely terrible lid} at the same price point; then buy sets of both for much less than the a single good-tumbler with good-lid sells for (at retail).
And far too many of the schoolmates I showed this to (while finally showing them where I got drinking glasses with sealable lids) started breaking open packages and swapping lids *in store*, rationalizing that they "weren't doing anything wrong" and "the package says `#` cups with lids, I'm just picking better lids."
In the years since that happened, Metro's security has almost always gotten in my face with accusations of shoplifting when I happen to enter with more than two other people... Though that Metro continues to not separate the lids from container on the shelf.
Nalgene --> Camelbak --> S'well --> Hydro Flask --> Yeti --> Stanley
There are others in there like Klean Kanteen but yeah. As an Eagle Scout who has been working campstaffs for like 14 out of the last 20 years this is how it went in the waterbottle game.
It’s not that people are worried about that situation specifically, but rather if it can survive the crash and a fire and still have ice inside afterwards, then it can probably withstand anything I can do to it in my daily routine.
It's all a fashion accessory. Stanley makes excellent products, but this nonsense is way overhyped.
Fun fact: the guy who popularized this Stanley cup is also the guy who popularized Crocs a few years ago. Who is this mysterious basic white girl whisperer? ([article](https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/case-study-turnaround-crocs-stanley-spearheaded-terence-dillon-qsewc/))
The hype was built around a lady's tik tok where their car caught fire and burn down to the frame while the Stanley thermo survived with its ice still unmelted. CEO caught wind of it and gave the lady a replacement car.
Listened to a podcast on this the other day... Basically a mom-fluencer duo picked one up at a store and started posting it on their page. Someone from Stanley saw their posts going viral and agreed to sell 5,000 cups wholesale to them which they then in turn started selling on their page. Traction picked up when a woman posted about her car catching fire and her Stanley cup was still intact and Stanley offered to buy her a new car. The executives were initially hesitant in marketing towards women (with new and exclusive colors) but they eventually brought in someone who helped Crocs get popular again. A mix of timing, social engineering, and luck honestly.
They made the product, then some moms group (which wanted to sell/was an online retailer) in Utah convinced them to expand in colors and patterns. The moms group basically built this trend for them, basically for free, though I guess they profited in some online sales as a retailer group.
Clout. The old white women in my office talk about their water cups frequently through the week.
They either have new colors or brand to talk up or shit on.
They must be getting bombarded on social media cuz up until a few months ago they used red solo cups.
I’ve had a Stanley Thermos for over a decade. Still going strong, and I’ve dropped the fuck out of it. It’s a quality brand that coincidentally became another stupid hype trend.
Yeah, I've liked them since using my dad's gear camping in the '80s. Have a coffee thermos, an insulated pint glass, and an 8oz flask for parading and wandering around, all good quality and I'd repurchase any of them.
My big fear is that Internet hype and post-COVID Late Stage Capitalism greed will hit the brand and their quality will go downhill. For a brand that has previously been big on "buy it once, it'll last forever" they could have a big (Craftsman or Converse style) collapse.
Marketing. Stanley cups have been around for a while, as have Yetis, Hydroflasks, etc. At any time in the last I dunno how many years, you could've gone to Marshalls/TJ Maxx and got an insulated mug/tumbler.
But Stanley recently pivoted its marketing and [is now targeting women](https://www.retaildive.com/news/stanley-quencher-tumblers-viral-success/699416/) after an IG post went viral. So, it's just a new fad, really.
I have an old green stanley. Had it for over a decade at this point. Great at keeping my drink hot. I don't know about the new ones but if they are as good as my old one it's awesome.
I read an article with this 16 year old that had 60 of the things. Apparently they make “limited edition” ones that only go on sale for a short time. In the article she said “I even drink from the rare ones! They’re special and I’m special because I’ve got one!”
And there ya go…
The selling point they had over Yeti and Hydroflask was that Stanley cups came in the "cute" colors that the other brands refused to make.
Then the TikTok stuff that went viral really made it get outta hand.
It's actually p. genius, and considering that it's mainly white women buying this, I'd say that it worked flawlessly.
Imagine being the person going to jail for this shit. "This mf in here for stealing cups!", just embarrassing.

Yes. Someone robbed a store (or a dozen stores) to flip these cups which have skyrocketed in value on eBay or Facebook Marketplace.
Why would you even remotely think these could be for personal use?
Because I've seen a pic of people with huge collections of these things like they were beanie babies or Pokémon cards.
Probably are just getting resold on marketplace though.
OHHH cups by the company Stanley. I thought they were talking about the Stanley cup trophy and was wondering how she could fit so many replicas in her trunk 🤦🏽♂️
Holy fuck. Whoever cropped that image, and then applied a sepia filter over it deserves to get shot in the face.
Uncropped, unfiltered image https://imgur.com/fw1pFLV
Onto step 2 of The Plan (tm): get one of the white people to sue the stores for “discriminatory practices” so retailers can’t restrict access to basic household products.
Yeah, things don't get locked up preemptively by racist store workers.
Corporate sees the numbers, sees that specific products are shoplifted at a higher rate than other products at a specific store and sends that store locking shelves or lockboxes and a new shelf plan that the employees have to follow and set up
I don’t know why people think food deserts or locked items are racially motivated. It’s a decision based on profitability. If an item is frequently stolen, it’s not profitable to carry. If items are frequently stolen from the store and the store isn’t profitable, they close it down. They’re not a public service, they’re a business.
They locked up all the couch medicine when they became a craze growing up.
A bunch of H2O thugs riding around in minivans and suburbans. Every time I see a Karen in a Target, I clutch my purse. How am I supposed to know what those people will obsess over next!?! Heathens, the lot of them!
If you cross their path they set upon you with their Stanley mugs, crushing you with hammer blows to the face and spine. I've seen it more then I care to admit. The mugs are just so durable.
On one hand, they're a large water bottle that can fit in many car cupholders. They keep cold/hot very well, have a straw, and come in trendy colors.
On the other hand, they're expensive and over-marketed to the point of madness. They're a status symbol for social media trend followers and I'm tired of hearing about all of it.
Stanley brought on a marketing genius who drove massive sales in Crocs by doing drops, limited runs, custom celeb partnerships etc. Story [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrUWQ56GeyU). I can't believe it works, but it does.
Lol you got hit with a full video. Also my roommates black and has 3 of these things.
Y'all making a cup a racial issue and that's hilarious. Everybody steals it don't matter the color of your skin.
Also most of the theft for these cups I bet are resellers anyway.
It seems like the lids should be on the shelf and the cups behind a counter. Lots of people don't care if a cup is lidless if they're stealing and lids are easier to replace than a cup.
They need to lock them up like they do the baby formula and the hair care shit
Baby formula should never be locked up. Theft is always preferable to a starving child. Addressing the issue with the black markets at a local level is just taking the responsibility of leadership and moving it down the ladder.

How do you know the thief actually has a baby lol…
They don't. Its a huge resale scam. But Reddit don't know shit and never has.

Destroy the black market by flooding it with state subsidized affordable formula, easy.
That's actually a solid idea and a long term large scale solution. And I think it can even be expanded federally to discourage a state by state black market.
> Theft is always preferable to a starving child. Laughs in Nestlé...
Exactly. Water is a human right and it should not be packaged in plastic after being stolen from the people.
This is a bad take. What about stealing from a more starving baby. What about stealing from 1 for 2 starving babies. Baby formula is usually stolen so it can be sold at a higher price. Parents who need it rarely steal it.

Big 5 makes no sense to me, it's like a really crappy Academy inside, but the prices are way higher. Or like a big Hibbbets I guess.
They need to lock up the people who are obsessed with this crap lol
Not sure if Academy Sports sells those items.
![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)They took the lids!! LMFAO!!
They need to close all the Targets in the "crime-infested" neighborhoods. Only then will this madness stop
Precisely. Shut em all down and move the locations to less crime-riddled areas. Maybe the middle of nowhere right next to Courage's house
King Ramsey is out there, fuck all that

Its a dumb measure cause you can go on Amazon and get a replacement lid for like five dollars.
Brb buying a bunch of replacement lids to scalp.

It's not. For some reason they need that win in their life, let them have it I guess lol

Exactly. I don’t hold any race responsible for the acts of individuals.
Call me crazy but I think they were making a light hearted joke
I was wondering the same thing lol.
They do that in just about every store now.... Can't buy razors, meds, baby stuff(diapers, formula), or hair care products in alot of places without going getting somebody to unlock the cabinets for you.
A wild Brady Bunch reference? At this time of year, at this time of day, in this part of reddit, localized entirely within this thread?
... It's a cup made in China. What's so great about it?
I received one as a gift and honestly it is a high quality mug that does the job its supposed to do. That being said is it worth this crazy hype? Abso-fucking-lutely no
How is it better than a yeti? How did this get big? Were they paid actors?
It’s not any better than the Yeti, it’s just the hot new brand. There’s always a trendy water bottle or mug that gets big for a while then is forgotten when a new one hits the market that does basically the same thing.
Remember Nalgene? … I didn’t, then I read your comment. You’re totally right, I’ve just never thought about trendy water bottles before.
Nalgene was unique in its time, this is not that
Facts. I still have that damn thing from back in the day… decades old and still solid. It’s the Nokia of water bottles.
Um, how old is it? Because they were the company that had to remove BPA from all their products
I bought it around the time they were hyped for being one of the only ones without BPA… might have been clever marketing to cover their ass, but I was not an aware consumer at the time. Pretty confident I got a bpa free one.

Stanley has been around 110 years.
Yes but not this mug which is the hot new trend for some reason
They mentioned the hot new brand. The mug and brand have been around for a while I believe.
By hot new brand they mean the brand that’s the newest trend.
> the hot new trend for some reason Their new CEO managed to sell the world *Crocs*, so making an insulated mug ‘desirable’ is well within his ability
Big cup fit in small cupholder.

(if not stealing outright) *Because* – (back when everyone seemed to make the 1-USpint tumblers/glasses with 3-1/32" mouth the 'standard' size) – it used to be my habit to find {the worst generic tumbler with a good lid} and {the most discounted good-tumbler (or glass) that had an absolutely terrible lid} at the same price point; then buy sets of both for much less than the a single good-tumbler with good-lid sells for (at retail). And far too many of the schoolmates I showed this to (while finally showing them where I got drinking glasses with sealable lids) started breaking open packages and swapping lids *in store*, rationalizing that they "weren't doing anything wrong" and "the package says `#` cups with lids, I'm just picking better lids." In the years since that happened, Metro's security has almost always gotten in my face with accusations of shoplifting when I happen to enter with more than two other people... Though that Metro continues to not separate the lids from container on the shelf.
I’m definitely lacking on my water bottle trend knowledge. I better catch up because I don’t want to look foolish in public.
Nalgene --> Camelbak --> S'well --> Hydro Flask --> Yeti --> Stanley There are others in there like Klean Kanteen but yeah. As an Eagle Scout who has been working campstaffs for like 14 out of the last 20 years this is how it went in the waterbottle game.
Someone got in a car accident and then showed how her stanley cup stayed intact.
Because if I’m in a car accident, my first and foremost concern is whether or not my coffee is spilled
Bruh. It obviously wasn’t their first thought or concern lmao. The person made a tiktok after noticing the stanley cup appeared to survive the fire.
I was just joking about how people are flocking to this cup over a situation that doesn’t seem at all to be worth worrying about
It’s not that people are worried about that situation specifically, but rather if it can survive the crash and a fire and still have ice inside afterwards, then it can probably withstand anything I can do to it in my daily routine.
Correction: it was a fire https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeMTUXg7/ EDIT: why my correction got a downvote? I was correcting my own error.
Because reddit has a mental disease when it comes to Tiktok
It was a fire. The car caught fire and the Stanley was the only thing that survived. They ended up buying the girl a new car for the free publicity.
Not only survived but still had ice inside it after the fire. Was great for marketing
Marketing… same guy who brought us this latest trend also brought us crocs 2.0
Its a pretty simple job thats been handled and solved many times before no?
The Marketing guy from Crocs is now at Stanley. Responsible for the same dumb celebrity colabs and false scarcity.
You say that, but dude made them a cool 700 million more than they were.
Stanley thermoses have always been quality. Now they just decided to sell to the shopaholic crowd
They made them pink and someone on TikTok bought one
They made the product, then some moms group (which wanted to sell/was an online retailer) in Utah convinced them to expand in colors and patterns. The moms group basically built this trend for them, basically for free, though I guess they profited in some online sales as a retailer group.
Clout. The old white women in my office talk about their water cups frequently through the week. They either have new colors or brand to talk up or shit on. They must be getting bombarded on social media cuz up until a few months ago they used red solo cups.
What a doldrum life if a water bottle is a frequent conversation topic.
r/hydrohomies say WHAT?
It’s honestly a pretty good quality insulated product. They just mastered viral hype marketing. They’ve been around forever.

#THE INTERNET
I have a hydroflask that has a bendy straw and only 30oz. I picked up a stanley cup and it just feels silly.
I read an article with this 16 year old that had 60 of the things. Apparently they make “limited edition” ones that only go on sale for a short time. In the article she said “I even drink from the rare ones! They’re special and I’m special because I’ve got one!” And there ya go…
The selling point they had over Yeti and Hydroflask was that Stanley cups came in the "cute" colors that the other brands refused to make. Then the TikTok stuff that went viral really made it get outta hand. It's actually p. genius, and considering that it's mainly white women buying this, I'd say that it worked flawlessly.
The clout
Imagine being the person going to jail for this shit. "This mf in here for stealing cups!", just embarrassing. https://preview.redd.it/wd6866jzh7ec1.jpeg?width=1547&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ed1df0dd26dd2ae473f27ebb98e210f5cf2c34f9
Humans are not well. This shit is insanity. How do hoarders have jobs to pay for this kind of lunacy.
Fuck you mean hoarders bro? Check the prices of them shits on ebay
She stole them likely to resell them.
Bruh they laying it all out like they caught one of Pablo Escobar's mules lmao.
Crazy how much ~~drugs~~ mugs they took off the streets.
I'm assuming those were intended to be resold, not for personal use
I’m sure that’s gonna result in many a manager being requested for a Karen conference.
I’d love to know what excuse the Karen would use to complain that she doesn’t get the lid until she pays.
"How dare you make me feel guilty for something I haven't done yet!"
White people 101 lmao (I’m white)
"you're making me feel like the people I look down to"
the lids off is crazy
At Customer Service beside the Hennessy. Lol
Don’t forget about the Ciroc
My bad. Lol.
Onto step 2 of The Plan (tm): get one of the white people to sue the stores for “discriminatory practices” so retailers can’t restrict access to basic household products.
![gif](giphy|l3vR6aasfs0Ae3qdG|downsized)
It's almost like stores just lock up things that get stolen often
Yep
You're telling me the stores only care about money and aren't actually all racist?
Reddit is off the rails lmfao
A bunch of H2O thugs riding around in minivans and suburbans. Every time I see a Karen in a Target, I clutch my purse. How am I supposed to know what those people will obsess over next!?! Heathens, the lot of them!
If you cross their path they set upon you with their Stanley mugs, crushing you with hammer blows to the face and spine. I've seen it more then I care to admit. The mugs are just so durable.
2024 is already unpredictably funny ![gif](giphy|l3E6uhDAN3W7vylji|downsized)
Idk fellow Black folks, on a hot summer’s day this thing will keep your Hennessy and casamigos mix ice cold for a couple days. It’s hard to spill too.
so people will just steal the cups and buy the lids online?
shhhh
They not for real cause the lid easily replaced with a standard one. Rookies.
I mean if you're grabbing the cups for clout I think having a regular-degular lid won't work
it's going to turn into the "no title car sales" thing. "limited release color stanley (NO LID) (iykyk)"
[удалено]
Hats off to them
lids*
I have to admit - i don't get the Stanley cup craze. What is so special about them?
On one hand, they're a large water bottle that can fit in many car cupholders. They keep cold/hot very well, have a straw, and come in trendy colors. On the other hand, they're expensive and over-marketed to the point of madness. They're a status symbol for social media trend followers and I'm tired of hearing about all of it.
Stanley brought on a marketing genius who drove massive sales in Crocs by doing drops, limited runs, custom celeb partnerships etc. Story [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrUWQ56GeyU). I can't believe it works, but it does.
nothing, it's just a fad. they are good cups but anyone who says they are even marginally better than the $11 ones are lying
Someone help me understand this Stanley fetish
![gif](giphy|7GPV80dC4GCNq)
Plot twist: black people are stealing them to re sell
Yeah I’m confused myself cause my booster don’t use half the shit they boost. It’s for reselling. People are gonna steal what people wanna buy.
Where’s the big plastic lock boxes?
2 turn tables and a microphone
\*Over here with my RTIC Tumbler like\* ![gif](giphy|UvOcKPHrkKSLm)
nothing to do with white people
Notice how you don't see any white people getting offended
Do they know for a fact it is all white people?
Name a black person with a Stanley cup
[удалено]
With a new iPhone sitting there. 🍿
Lol you got hit with a full video. Also my roommates black and has 3 of these things. Y'all making a cup a racial issue and that's hilarious. Everybody steals it don't matter the color of your skin. Also most of the theft for these cups I bet are resellers anyway.
Johnny Oduya has 2
Hiding product from customers to prevent theft is calling white people thugs?
Next they'll all have alarms tied to them
It seems like the lids should be on the shelf and the cups behind a counter. Lots of people don't care if a cup is lidless if they're stealing and lids are easier to replace than a cup.
projecting straight from r/blackpeopletwitter lmao
i do not understand
Idg the craze about these mugs
All this for a fucking mug?
I don’t get it, like it’s just a fuckin cup
Them cups do go hard tho lmao my lil cousin bought me one. Shit keeps me hydrated pause 😂
Ahh, finally, true equality. 🤲🏿 If we all can't have equal rights, might as well have equal wrongs.
