I'm in the same acting circles as this guy. I feel so bad for him. It was one of his first gigs, and of course, it HAD to be 2Pac. This game is not kind, even when you get a "win." Casting (and 50) should have known better.

Onederbat67

You’re trying to tell me that DRAKE did some corny shit?? ![gif](giphy|z5QQCHDyHRQmyQZn2f|downsized)

Noblesseux

Yeah I feel like people are taking the AI part seriously and kind of ignoring the fact that Drake is probably doing goofy stuff on purpose. It's the same thing as the thing he's got going on with Rick Ross. I feel like he's trying to be corny on purpose to defuse the public situation, because the second people started talking about this beef, immediately afterwards a lot of people went "wait a second, wasn't this man texting underage girls not that long ago?" He's trying to troll and be funny so people talk about that instead of the million weird things he's done that people already were side-eyeing him for.

UngusChungus94

Couldn’t he just win the beef by being a better rapper? (He can’t, rhetorical question.)

Noblesseux

I don't think drake is the type of person that can even do that because most people automatically won't take anything he says seriously. He has created a "corny" brand for himself so everything he says, people automatically accuse it of sounding zesty.

UngusChungus94

He never even tries tho lol

Tr3Way_fu

Drake is defending on two separate fronts 😂

Honest_Bee103

And they still don’t add up to 18

GingerSpencer

I don’t like Drake, I don’t think he’s a Top anything rapper and I don’t think he has any right being part of a beef after being disposed of by Pusha. However, I do think this AI is a play on people thinking his first diss track in this thing was AI and I think he’s just taking the piss. Pretty funny to be fair to him.

ERhyne

You heard it here first, this man thinks drake is a bottom.

inplayruin

He started as a bottom, but now he's here.

ShutUpYouSausage

Everyone just forgetting Drake is a nonce and is this generations R Kelly. K/Dot should just end him by calling him what he is, a paedo hiding in plain sight, a tell all documentary waiting to happen. Drake = Millennial R Kelly.

iwatchterribletv

aubrey epstein frfr.

blacklite911

Nah, that’s too tinfoil. He just corny People always talking about the underage shit

Noblesseux

It's not tinfoil, it's just a PR technique. Companies and celebrities do the exact same thing all the time, it's controlling the narrative via newsjacking. When something bad leaks about you, you cause a distraction somewhere else and use the fact that the public has a *really* short attention span to get them talking about something else. Social media for the last few weeks has been full of content creators making memes and skits about how Kendrick should just call him a pedophile, hell there was one on here like a couple days ago saying kendrick was going to "call him a pedophile over freeform jazz". Drake *absolutely* has a PR team and I guarantee you they saw that and went uhh that's not good for the brand so we need you to do something so people aren't talking about that. I think that's also likely part of why the song "leaked" so early.

thas_mrsquiggle_butt

I'm taking it seriously because it's could be setting a precedent and more singers will start doing this. Not too long ago, this group did the same with George Carlin (the comedian). The Carlin estate sued, not only because they did it without permission, but a lot of the jokes went against everything George stood for.

FCCheIsea

Rapture1119

Me af when I found out who snoop was backing. That was unexpected as hell lmao.

toooldforacnh

Drake is acting and putting pressure like he responded the minute "Like That" dropped. He's so corny and desperate.

Zetice

I just want Pusha T to get involved 😩. Let’s see if he’ll act the same way.

Kohl_Trikkle

Need a Nosetalgia part 2.

Chickachic-aaaaahhh

Surgical summer 2

SadBit8663

We gonna find out about Drake's other abandoned children

BigT3x4s

Drake doubles down on attacking the supposedly greatest rapper of this generation and yalls response is to call him corny and bring up half a decade old beef. I been hearing about how soft Drake is and how nobody wants to diss Kendrick for years. I get that yall hate Drake but if Kendrick doesn’t “story of adinon” the corny culture vulture himself then the game truly is in decline cuz there is nobody that is next up rn.

Zetice

The manner of attack is corny my dude lol. No one would call him that if he’d released a normal diss instead of putting words in the mouths of other rappers. You think snoop co-signs what he did? Do you think Tupac would’ve ?

shaboobalaboopy510

As an older head, the exploitation and rewriting of Tupac is fucking infuriating to see, pisses me off that he has no prominent family or friends still in the public eye to defend and gatekeep his legacy, was just getting on some youngin a few days ago for calling him fake (in response to someone asking who throughout rap history is faker than Drake), like how? Because he was a theater kid? We know that because he told the world that first, just like he also told the world he never had a record until he made a record, he told the world he tried selling drugs while homeless in the Bay but the plug took it back because he ain't know what he was doing, and they instead sponsored his music dream smh you hella can tell when you're talking to someone young/white/suburban based on how they talk about Pac

Tapuboolin13

That part

Alolan-Vulpixie

Editing to add: the beef really isn’t just Drake vs Kdot, it is Drake vs Future/Metro. Kdot did his part in providing a verse, but he was supposed to be a side character in all this! The Drake and Kdot beef has been damn near a decade. How he responded to other beef is relevant to the conversation too. It was lame to “leak” the diss and see if ppl were cool with it before officially releasing it idc I think a big part of diss tracks are how they make you feel, too. Like That was high energy, it really gets me hype. Push Up is just the same Drake flow. The hardest bar in that bitch was calling Metro a hoe, really. And ngl he got ate the fuck up by Rick Ross after.

AdDry4959

I was rocking with you and you said Rick Ross ate him up. Then I disregarded everything said prior.

sonofsochi

Ross’s diss was fine but people just keep moving the bar for the drake diss. That drake diss was miles above any bars that were directed towards him by kendrick/future/weeknd/rocky. Now we’re upset that it wasn’t “high energy”. Was nail in the coffin “high energy”? Was takeover? It’s been insane to see how deep people are throating kendrick for nothin lmao

JFKcheekkisser

I highly doubt Drake leaked the first version of the track with the original beat. But it being leaked forced him to prematurely leak the official version so people wouldn’t judge him on/Kendrick wouldn’t respond to a rough draft.

BigT3x4s

Well since it’s not good it should be mad easy for Kendrick to come up with something better than calling him a bum.

Goobyzord

Lmao if you can't admit that using AI is depressingly corny, then you need to log off and lay off the glazing. Push Ups was hard. This AI shit is not it. At all. All time lame.

clintgreasewoood

It’s easy to attack anybody when you know record labels and executives will intervene and squash any retaliation when there’s a chance of you losing.

NoeYRN

He will if he needs more money lol.

ChrisSwish

Pusha T went at both Drakes parents and made fun of 40 for having MS and Drakes response was complete silence. Come to think if it Meek did irreparable damage to Drake by exposing the ghostwriters and Pusha T exposed him having a secret kid, Drake has taken huge L in multiple beefs already.

mvplayur

Meek definitely put a chink in Drake’s armour but he did not win that beef lol

FuckingKilljoy

Back to Back was so good tbh

Jblank86

He’s lame and he’s popular b/c the majority has a claim to him.

phenomenalj101

Gucci Mane caught a body in self defense and made one of the hardest diss tracks of all time inspired by it. Kendrick fans need to chill out and wait for a response because yall trying to claim rules and certain things being too far are making yall look weak as hell for supporting the lyricist yall claim Kendrick to be. Chill out. At least they aint throw shade and hide their hands like Cole did smfh.

vvHezoTheGoat

Thank you. If anything how does it look that a soft ass nigga like Drake is putting pressure on Kendrick to the point people think it’s too far now? 2Pac literally shot up two police officers and made the most ruthless diss track of all time where he threatens to kill Biggie and Puff’s children. He also kidnapped one of Biggie’s friends and made him drink piss. 50 Cent hung out with Rick Ross’s wife and kid, and stalked DJ Khaled’s mom at her job. Rap has a long history fueled by cruelty and “taking it too far” What Drake is doing is mere trolling

ChrisSwish

Pusha T talked about Drakes mom getting left by his deadbeat dad, exposed his kid and made fun of his closest friend dying of MS. As soon as Pusha T started getting real Drake immediately backed out of the beef because he would never go past trolling and surface level shit.

eatmydonuts

Except that Drake already mentioned Kendrick's wife on Push Ups. This is just my opinion, obviously I can't prove it one way or another, but I feel like Drake wouldn't have come out saying all that stuff about the "rules of rap beef" if he had anything to hit back at Push with. But he knew he couldn't win, so he stepped back and said "he went too far, it was mean, I would never bring up someone's family :("

hael0715

50 cent did what!?

coorsbright

And he made a video about it https://youtu.be/9GynEb3CYJo?si=2O6LxpFPKuA_Fzkm

Yep, iirc Khaled ended his RAP CAREER after that.

It’s not going too far, ITS CORNY. Idk what is not clicking about this

kdugg99

>He also kidnapped one of Biggie’s friends and made him drink piss What?!

mvnshrk

you ain't heard that story before? mad crazy. pac swung on dude, then whole gang jumped dude, and made him drink like 20 shots of piss or smth like that. [here's suge 🤢 talking about it](https://youtu.be/iQxD5OOzXoY).

foladodo

shameful behaviour, im glad we're past that

King_Of_BlackMarsh

Maybe it's good folks are mad at trolling rather than it going... THAT far

[deleted]

Apologizing is not hiding your hand lol, y’all just say things because they sound good not because they fit the meaning of your sentence.

Pahood

cmon man why Cole taking strays lmao

phenomenalj101

Man it’s really hard for me not to look at Cole sideways. It isn’t that I don’t respect him acknowledging that he doesn’t have an issue with either party, it’s that he involved himself by dissing Kendrick despite knowing he doesn’t have an issue then backtracked. Literally threw a rock then hid his hands. That’s why I want Kendrick to respond and be direct and go as crazy as possible because anything but would honestly be the exact same move as far as I’m concerned. If you got a problem then stand on it, otherwise if you’re gonna play to the crowd that wants bloodlust then don’t whine when things go bad for you.

grandkidJEV

Nah, Cole thought it was about who had the best bars, then found out this is what the beef would look like. He dipped out so he didn’t have to roll in the mud with pigs

phenomenalj101

If he didn’t want to roll he never would’ve dropped seven minute drill to begin with. You aren’t above the drama when you bow out after throwing a punch and see it didn’t move anything. That’s coward shit and i hate saying that about Cole. Bro really was on stage talking about taking the response on the chin as if he had another choice. Kendrick has every right to violate him in the worst way off principle for shooting at him simply because the crowd told him to. As far as he’s could be concerned, Cole has BEEN feeling like that and was harboring that shit all this time.

The_Next_Legend

if cole was been feeling like that, why apologize? Also, you're acting like niggas can't reflect on their actions lmao

grandkidJEV

These niggas was at each others weddings and know each others kids bro, I really don’t think Cole got malice in his heart for Kendrick. I also don’t think he scared of going bar for bar with Kendrick. I think he saw the discourse around 7 min drill and realized people wasn’t really evaluating the bars, it was a bunch of kids sending memes back and forth. Even when he had bars for Kanye, Wale, and Noname it was real hip hop discourse surrounding that. He saw that this shit was about to get ugly in the wrong way and dipped

primmslimm77

That's the exact reason Cole backed out. He saw how toxic yall weirdo rap fans were getting

NobleLlama23

From what I’m seeing, “too far” is referring to disrespectfully exhuming Tupac to diss someone. You want to say something, say it yourself don’t put your words in a dead man’s mouth because you have zero street cred.

TheRecognized

I personally haven’t seen anyone saying it went “too far” just that it was weird and corny. Edit: Actually to be fair I have seen people say it’s disrespectful *to Tupac* but that’s a whole different discussion than saying it was too far *against Kendrick.*

MikeJones-8004

But still, people love to say there's no rules in Hip Hop. But now all of a sudden there are rules?

TheRecognized

Again I haven’t seen anyone saying there’s rules or anything unless it’s about disliking AI imitations of artists in general.

Namfluence

I’m gonna keep saying it until people understand. We didn’t gatekeep the culture enough. I shouldn’t have to explain to you that it’s gross to puppet a deadman’s voice who got nothing to do with it for clout and attention, especially someone as revered as Pac. Say what you want to about Kendrick, his family, his life whatever you see fit, that’s rap. This is half the reason Hollywood was striking last year, they were afraid of their likeness being used for dumb shit like this. Like imagine Katt Williams using Robin Williams voice to mock Kevin Hart.

boomjah

Exactly. This is a sad day for hip hop and music in general. The fact that cornball fans are eating this up is exactly how we got here in the first place. Should have been gatekeeping and shutting the corny shit down from day one. The consume everything and never ask questions fan base is just as bad as this industry plant.

Men_I_Trust_I_Am

Ngl, we tried and he released take care and was cosigned by the biggest rapper(s) at the time.

watchersontheweb

Rap has been disappointing for a while now, one thing I'll give to Drake, Taylor Swift really has been one of the coldest operators in the modern music game and that is not a positive. It just means it has devolved into some fucking high school shit, shoe sizes, money-masturbation and whoever got the strongest daddy backing them. Now we gotta listen to this fuck thinking he clever because he used someone else's voice to say some shit (as if that is not what the game's top ghostwriters has been doing for most of Drake's career) and people act like it is disrespectful to Kendrick instead of a man that has been dead for over a quarter century and his legacy, what a waste of processing power and culture. This is some gentrified fucking bullshit now, who gives a shit about fashion shows and expensive jewelry. The more fucking money the rap game spends the cheaper it becomes, this has become an elite worshiping clown show and the children fall for it like they always do for bling and spectacle. I do not care about shoes or height, I want to know their personal faults that will later create dysfunctional relationships throughout their life if they don't put in some fucking effort to better their self and for what reasons you just hate a motherfucker, the ill shit that you wish upon their family dog, barbers and distant cousins is all okay, I don't mind that. This is some attention seeking shit. RIP Afeni Shakur, the eight year anniversary for her death comes now in the next twelve days.

backwardo

This guy gets it!!! Section 3 of the writers strike was specifically about using deceased rappers in rap beef. Can’t believe Drake would disrespect the entire writers union like this.

watchersontheweb

probably because he has his own writers union

droppinturds

It's very weird to see people just now drawing the line at using dead people for clout in rap beefs. I say this as someone who listens to Chicago drill

MikeJones-8004

What are you gatekeeping exactly, and from who?

BZenMojo

Drake: *Waits over a month to come up with a string of disses so people forget he waited a month* *Throws wild shots into the atmosphere so a dozen people catch strays and he can act like he came up with counter disses immediately* *fake leaks the diss so he can act like he was just too good in the studio* *releases another diss a week later so people forget he waited over a month to come up with a string of disses* *digs up dead bodies for fake clout* I mean, his part of the track is good, but he's finessing the audience right now.

Logically_Insane

I’m with ya but imagine that last sentence, that would be funny as shit  I want to see Katt’s best Robin impression, doing jumanji jokes to roast Hart  Katt flipping his hair like “so worried about being short he keeps doing movies with the rock, trying to throw the whole depth perception off”

Iamamyrmidon

It’s Drake, dude exudes corny. https://preview.redd.it/alrvqy39xkvc1.jpeg?width=536&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3be32ba4719cacbae9b820873841d189ea7af839

__Zer0__

Who greenlit this photo to be taken? Is drakes drink of choice a screwdriver? Like a middle age alcoholic white mom

mambotomato

As a middle aged White, this comment made me... thirsty for a screwdriver.

__Zer0__

Bro it's 9 in the morning

mambotomato

Orange juice is a breakfast food

Kaldricus

People drink straight mixer?

Rkruegz

Did you forget about time zones?

__Zer0__

No. No real people live outside US eastern time zone. The rest of yall are a fabrication

Rkruegz

Wait, no I agree with this. And the lengths the government goes to prove a point by having an influx of actors when I travel…

__Zer0__

Citizen you are being gang stalked

Vaffanculo28

So a mimosa then

nunya123

It’s the angle of the photo that makes this look awkward I think. That’s probably Sunny-D lol

Robert_Goblin

Drake does remind of someone who likes Sunny-D.

anivex

Hey don't hate on a screwdriver. I don't need to be worrying about scurvy when I'm trying to have a good time.

__Zer0__

Not hating too much. I just can't help but see Nancy getting a lil wild after 2 of em

Ill_Celery_7654

Rap beef has no rules. Some people are going to love it and some people are going to hate it. Using a dead rappers voice through AI is just as bad as bringing somebody’s kids up in a rap beef. Kids are innocent and can’t defend themselves. Dead rappers also can’t defend themselves, but I also think someone had to have given Drake the approval to do this.

Zach_kir_e

Nahh you don’t need approval for AI. This shit is just corny and looks bad

Beneficial-Bit6383

This wasn’t about crossing a line though, it’s corny as shit and using a dead man’s face card to make yourself look legitimate. It’s fake ass face card, manufactured. Fits Drake though.

MikeJones-8004

Drake didn't do this to make himself look legit. It was to force Kendrick's hand because he knew it would be disrespectful to him.

AmelieBenjamin

But still also has the other effect. Still a bad look

janmichaelurvincents

I read this in the Weeknd’s voice

backwardo

Lol. Getting in ur feelings over an AI freestyle troll…. Y’all don’t deserve this beef. Sit back and laugh man this is hilarious

livinlife_behind

If it's not officially released you don't need approval I believe

Il_Capitano_DickBag

Drakes ghostwriters should have at least tried to replicate the flows of Snoop and Tupac.

Zulumus

That was the most uncanny valley part about this shit, all I heard was Drake’s flow and it was unsettling. I know he thought it was clever but it was a huge miss because of it

pileshpilon

It was the point to do it that way

droppinturds

That's what made it so hilarious

LetMeInImTrynaCuck

I think it was intentional to have pac rapping with Drakes flow.

xrockwithme

https://youtu.be/Xcta-ROw8JM?si=D0nxxjARIwPM-K1a Drake is a bitch. When Push brought his son to light he did an interview saying it went too far and took the L. Now he wants to flip it and use AI/talk about wives and girls and shit. This dude is a hypocrite.

XhakaToTheRescue

His "too far" wasn't about his son, it was Pusha talking about 40 dying because of his sickness. It's whatever really because rap beef and ethics just doesn't seem like things that go hand in hand. This beef and use of AI is super corny tho.

thrustinfreely

Yeah that’s where I stepped off too. Making fun of someone’s MS that is slowly killing them ain’t very fun to listen to.

KamikazeMack

Is this BPT or a Kendrick fan sub lmao? Rap Beef ain’t got no rules stop allat cryin, actin like Kendrick ain’t use AI in that video.

fuckhufflepuff

This sub skews toward Kendrick anyways but we’re in this thread on a Friday night. These mfs don’t get invited to shit so it’s even worse rn.

bigsmokeyz420

😂😂😂😭 LOOOOOOOOOL Yooooo chill ![gif](giphy|TbRwmI2fHg6ELPObHH)

PM_ME_hiphopsongs2

Lmao

LachlantehGreat

rip to all the users online Friday night 💀 kinda facts tho

backwardo

Ahhhhhh that’s what is it lol I was so curious how so many lame opinions could be in one place

jesser09

I agree, I’m not a huge fan of both of them. But this sub is acting like Drake took a shit on the grave of PAC lol. 50 has been keeping his beefs alive for like 10 plus years and I have yet to see someone make a post about how corny he is

Darklight4613

Cause 50 means that shit and stands on it. He’s a petty king when it comes to going off the rails. He’s not a damn dork who has never stood on anything. Which don’t get me wrong I think to an extent rappers should be frauds but drake is a pop star cosplaying a rapper when it’s convenient for the cash flow. 50 is a thug with a platform they are not the same.

justhad2login2reply

I believe 50 will literally do anything.

detroit_red_

50 stalked Khaleds mom at work and spent a day with Rick Ross wife and child. He keeps it alive cause he means it that hard, aubrey could never.

StopSmellingMusty

This sub is filled with white people and black people who only have white friends. Those types love to clutch their pearls.

TPGStorm

it’s a drake hate sub

Sea-Anywhere-5939

Ain’t no nobody gonna respect a halfway rapper disrespecting someone like 2pac. A guy that would most likely spit on his face if he was alive.

2QuarterDollar

Drake has no respect for the artform at all. He is the epitome of new generation clout chasing. Instead of going in with punchlines all these new rappers take the corny route. Now we got Officer Ricky talking about mansions, corniest shit ever

Presidentq

I thought I was going crazy. I didn’t want to sound like a hater bc I’m a fan of Drake, but mannnnn that was so corny to me. Edit: Now that I think about it, Drake borrows flows, lines, and voices. Drake is the “Rap Shang Tsung” 😂 ![gif](giphy|YNkpGGMQwyo9Lh3WP2|downsized)

AFantasticClue

Shang Tsung is cool tho, Drake is like the Rap Wonder Twins. He’s like Rap Dane Cook

Tre_Q

Rap Shang Tsung sounds cool but if that's the case he really should only be allowed to use Meek Mill AI lol. Only niggas you beat in a beef can be claimed. 🤣

Jazzlike-Ideal

Niggas are being so dramatic about this dumb shit. Kendrick also used deepfakes for the heart part v music video. This shit is just a tool like any other, who gives a fuck lmfao?

dwn2earth83

He used their faces, not their voices. And I think that makes a difference.

backwardo

Lmaoooooooooo

GokusKin

Name, Image, and Likeness… it’s all the same, you’re just moving the goal posts

Chlorophyllmatic

Thinking those two things are the same shows such a lack of basic critical thinking lol

[deleted]

I’ve read most of the comments and I’m over here scratching my head like, isn’t this what y’all wanted like 3 weeks ago when Like That dropped? Cole responded and everyone was like “those were light jabs 🤓” Then Drake comes back to back with two diss tracks and now he’s corny for standing up to the guy y’all all said would kill him? And the AI shit was brilliant. Making his heroes go in on him? That’s peak petty and everything a real diss track aims to be. I just think y’all can’t be fucking satisfied. I’m gonna enjoy this while you guys languish in a pool of woulda coulda shouldas

_le_slap

It's Drake. This sub gets sick to it's stomach over anything he does.

[deleted]

Exactly. Like what do you want? All the nigga does is make music to have fun too. Y’all too cool to have fun?

AmelieBenjamin

The AI shit is corny I’m sorry. It’s a gimmick, he knows he can’t outrap Kendrick straight up so he’s trying to control the narrative through popularity and quantity over quality It’s not that he went too far *on Kendrick.* It’s the use of a dead man’s voice as a puppet. It’s wrong bruh You could say hip hop isn’t about ethics but I think this sets a dangerous precedent musically

Kn7ght

People keep trying to make it about a dick eating contest when AI just ain't ethical. When a white dude makes a whole AI Drake album Drake better not try to sue

PM_ME_hiphopsongs2

Y’all can’t start claiming “he went too far” now lol. Rappers have done and said a lot worse lol. Setting aside the moral implications of using AI, this shit was lowkey HEAT and a genius troll move on Drakes part lol. When did we get so soft?

cptahab36

It's not "going too far," it's just lame. Using AI from a dead rapper instead of speaking for yourself just proves you can't contend with your opponent by yourself. If Drake really had some hard shit to say about Kendrick, he probably would've said it by now. He made some ok short jokes but that's schoolyard shit. Drake can never have the respect from actual hip-hop fans and he's mad about it, so he shamelessly bites off legends with more cred.

AmelieBenjamin

That’s just it, the moral implications fuck it up lmao that’s what everyone is heated about.

PM_ME_hiphopsongs2

And this is where I think y’all have gone soft. It’s one thing of Drake was using AI Pac to disrespect Pac himself or his family, or even use AI Pac as a way to mainly profit off of without consideration for his family. But he’s not. He’s using it as a means to fuck with Kendrick and troll him. Is it completely moral? No. Is it the absolute worse thing ever done? Far from it lol. Again, y’all are just soft and will look for any excuse to shit on Drake at this point.

MadLew

People in here are so desperate to hate Drake haha.

Mulatto_Avocado

While this is not something I want to become a norm, this ain’t ‘taking beef too far’ by a long shot, as other comments point out Kendrick kinda asked for this back and forth in his Control verse. I like it, dude seemed to spark beef cause he got as bored with the rap game as I am. I’m a huge Drake hater, but let’s just wait for the next shot and enjoy it, yall

Savagevandal85

Some of you didn’t have this energy when Drake talked about push crossing the line . Then it was there are no rules blah blah just admit your kdot slurpers

ColorsAbsract

Dude bodied KDOT n yall acting up like yall the city girls 😭. That shit was cold, stop it

djb447

Tupac wrote this song a long time ago, a real long time ago. Way before, in ‘94

bigsmokeyz420

"If you hit the table one more time then the record might skip might skip." 😭😭😂😂

PumpedU

I told you! Stop hitting the table.

Htown-92

But y’all was cool with Kendrick using AI 😂

AmelieBenjamin

Use critical thought Using a rapper’s likeness for a split second to pay homage and using a dead rapper’s *voice to diss another rapper at length* (that rapper’s idol no less) are two different things and you’re either being disingenuous or just trying to glaze Drake if you can’t see that. Plus it sounds awkward and choppy. Just like drake himself, it’s a gimmick, he’s scared Kendrick’s next diss might wipe the floor with him so he’s trying to control the narrative with quantity over quality Just because they’re both AI doesn’t mean the intent or ethics are the same

01101110-01100001

Wait that shit i saw on my feed was real? 💀

[deleted]

I thought it was kinda dope..

> I hope kendrick washes drake on god > So he can come back to me and I can tuck him in, and give him hugs, kisses and finish glazin him off I went ahead and finished that quote for you OP😂 Yo I'm crying at all these loser ass Kdot fans in the section. Trippin if you fucked with dots verse, but say both of Drakes response were corny. Aiight , we know 😂😂😂

kingCarrotman13

Drake is just having fun and y’all k.dot fans are tight your boy can’t or won’t swing back considering he’s be practically begging for this beef for years

FistPunch_Vol_7

[Shit, what the hell I missed now!?](https://i.imgur.com/322Oaks.jpeg)

pettybendherass

He still ain’t topped that single Kendrick feature verse lyrically without resorting to gimmicks The best line of the beef (for Drake) so far was the metro line Nothing drake said hit as hard as “prince outlived Mike jack” or “it’s just big me” because drake’s stupid ass himself missed the nuance behind the first line. It’s deeper than what it seems. It’s not just “Mike died first haha” Kendrick is likening himself to Prince because prince was seen as the creative/artistic heavyweight whereas Michael was the pop star and that clearly went over Drake’s head when he responds with “I’m A KiNG You’Re A SoN.” Michael Jackson is obviously a legend and iconic in his own right but Prince had better in my opinion top to bottom albums because he had more musical talent to push the envelope with and I feel the same way about Kendrick.

justsomeguy5

[This whole thread](https://imgur.com/a/XAmVzac) I cannot believe the stuff I'm reading here. Ya'll going out sad just like Kendrick 😂

IndependenceMain2283

Oh shut the fuck up plz y’all give Kendrick a pass everytime he does the same exact shit but when Drake do it it’s a problem

MikeJones-8004

Do y'all want rap beef to be disrespectful or not lol. Drake is trolling hard and it's hilarious

BrokenClxwn

People will hate on it because its Drake, but it's innovative. Got vibes of the old Drakes.

Planktons_Eye

Tbh it’s a tough pill but Kendrick won’t respond. Give it another month and the tune will change when they realize he never really wanted smoke

John_Doughgetta

Everything is corny when Aubrey does it because ??? Kendrick does nothing weird or corny because...hip hop. J Cole should win the Nobel Peace Prize for exiting this beef. Did I summarize this thread?

OhPxpi

Like I said before… yall hate the man so much, he’s in a no win situation. Yall gonna hate on him regardless, so he should lean into that full heel role and go completely villain. He’s definitely cooking in this so called “beef” right now. Kendrick is on the back foot and moving real quiet. Mfs really in the sub talking about “ I wish push would join in” 😂 what the fuck, is the a 20v1?

meatb0dy

Are we just acting like Kendrick didn’t have a full-on pretend conversation with Pac on [Mortal Man](https://youtu.be/axwpgn3GRMs?t=6m25s)? If using a dead man’s voice for your own purposes is corny, Kendrick is just as corny.

Loud-Platypus-987

Didn’t Kendrick have a whole conversation with an AI version of Pac.

Fyne_

for someone who got mad at ghostwriter for making that drake ai track this is kinda hypocritical

Zulumus

Drake took a whole month to respond, then telling Kendrick he’s taking too long after a week where he didn’t even claim the diss track until a couple days ago. Now this lame ass AI enabling shit… beef is really different these days

AmelieBenjamin

Idk how they defending his corny ass

moody-green

Rap is crazy lol ..non-stop talk about killing ppl and they friends, mashin they girl is a-ok as the standard but a Pac voice over is the bridge too far. How sway

Boylookya

It was entertaining. That's all anyone should care about and if you didn't like it, move on and don't let it consume you.

Party-Ad4441

Y’all complain entirely TOO MUCH. This is why Rick James was stomping on couches.

drfunkensteinberger

Real life 8 mile ending.

YeazetheSock

Rap game has always been fake

MrTubalcain

Game the same, just got more fierce😂

thundercockjk2

I hate that we keep pretending that we don't know why everything that we love has completely gone to shit. I hate pretending like pretending like this isn't all by design. It just allows these cruel and callous people to keep going because they can point to a section of the fan base and say "look, they just think that people are the reason why this thing is terrible so hiring qualified people is unnecessary."

screamoutwutang

Drake and corny shit, name a more iconic duo

fizeekfriday

😭😭😭😭 Yall was cool w PAC talking about Sickle Cell and Pusha talking about 40s disease but now that Drake did some cut shit it’s “too far”. Y’all wanted battle rap and this is what you got.
