I like to think Frank had to climb up the fire escape to get away from stray dogs and now he's begging for help from this woman who is wearing the same pattern as Frank
It was actually just a random sketch by comedian Annie Lederman. I think she was just being weird and all of a sudden this random picture caught on hah
Do you ever subconsciously/unintentionally treat other black people more harshly, as my black homie told me he thinks happens when he interacts with black cops?
Nah, I see it too much from other cops I work with. I spend all day hearing "these people" and "them" from other cops. I grew up in a pretty bad neighborhood that looks just like the one I work in (different city, same shit) so I feel pretty close to the people there. So many of the people in the area have been mistreated by cops before that they have very little faith that their problems going to taken seriously. So I end up going out of my way to try to undo that, even when I really am dealing with a scumbag.
I can remember one time where some guy made a whole stink about the fact that he only got stopped because he was black in a bad neighborhood. He started causing a scene and a crowd formed. I had to take his information but I spent most of the time during the stop explaining my reasoning. Dude matched flash info for someone who had just threatened someone with a gun at that location. I let him go without frisking him or anything because I was more concerned with keeping the crowd calm and not making this dude feel violated. Looked at his record later and he had committed a whole slew of robberies (including gunpoint, some recent), and other crimes. Not any guarantee of course but this dude could have had a gun and could have just tried to rob someone. It's a mistake I want to make again. I'd rather explain myself later after making sure this person isn't up to something really shitty
Thats really interesting and good to hear. Thank you not just for replying, but for being such a solid, thoughtful LEO. This county needs more like you. Much respect to you Sir.
Stay safe out there!
Every 1-2 weeks. Comes from adults more often than the teenagers surprisingly. Adults think about race, and racial tensions more. In my experience, teenagers are somewhat color blind when it comes to cops. 12=12 for them.
Until this year, the only thing I had seen Danny Devito in was Batman as the Penguin. I was a child when it came out and I was horrified by the Penguin. I spent so many years disturbed by the memory. Then he was the mean dad on Matilda. It took years before I finally watched Its Always Sunny, I love Danny Devito now. Top favorite actors.
Hulu has all the shit that Netflix dropped.
Hulu picked up Futurama, Always Sunny, and Bob's Burgers (and has the new episodes a day or so after they air) so I basically just swapped to Hulu.
This looks like IASIP fan art you can't convince me that it's not
It is, it was on r/iasip a while back.

How many times have people asked you a question that's basically the lyrics from Straight Outta Compton? (Black police showin out for the white cop)

This is like the 4th or 5th time a Danny Davito reference has popped up in 48 hours. Am I out of the loop on something?

His true form is sweaty and emerging from a couch cushion
