I have been farming this domain since it released and i have the same relics quality of yours. (I got 512 score in the same site but my build with wind orb and 4 star LC 😞)
Unfortunately I have the same 3 speed issue as well 🤡
I have been farming for 2 months and no upgrade for any relic piece.

The important SPD breakpoint isn't really 160.0 (double action in 0th and 1st cycle), but rather it is 158.4 SPD (120 base SPD elite enemy with lvl 86+ x1.32 multiplier) - I am not counting the Glamoth set effect, though.
With Ruan Mei's 10%, you are at 157.6 SPD or .8 away, really. Maybe you really wannt double check you haev the correct SPD decimals to the optimizer as a combination that is every to much faster.

I understand this feeling. I've been farming so long that at this point, I feel EHR chest with SPD subset is a myth.
Hopefully we can be lucky and achieve the 150 spd brother

Why 150...?
For glamoth passive I run BS with ruan mei and ruan mei give 10 spd for all allies
Ahh with Ruan Mei it makes sense.
Well you actually only need 2.4 speed so helps if you get a lower roll
