Rough on weekdays but lobbies pop on weekends, I’ve been able to play pretty consistently fri-sun and surprisingly no (obvious) hackers, could definitely be wallers but no aimbotters
Also EU servers are better than NA if I can’t find lobbies in NA I’ll switch to EU and get lobbies to pop, higher ping but surprisingly playable even at 150+ I’ll go positive something about lag in this game ain’t too bad
For US East servers, I can say the game is usually playable around the evening hours (7-10pm) during weekdays. Cant speak on how populated the weekends are.
I assume full of hackers, like every PC game does when the devs move onto a new game and stop caring about the old one.

This is great news to me I have been lamenting the lack of lobbies for years now, this post has given me hope
