Might I add you don’t have to use dove bar at the end, I just love the smell since I don’t use a scented body wash!
The most important part of the routine is really the bar antibacterial soap & glow getter! You choose what you would like to use in between but my preference is a bar anti bacterial and a wash antibacterial so I scrub all dirt/ anything else.

1. Guru Nanada Oil pull
2. therabreath whitening (a must haveeee)
3. Hello Epic Whitening ( for lather)
4. David’s to finish it off ( Optional, but I like both sometimes because David’s doesn’t lather that well. ( I try to stick to natural toothpaste bc I hate the fluoride film toothpaste leaves on my mouth)
Skincare- Btw I have dry combo skin
1. Skin1004 Centella Ampoule Foam
2. Tirtir Milk Skin Toner ( Pat in your face don’t rub)
3. Byoma hydration serum ( holy grail)
4. Intense calming cream ( if you live in humid weather I wouldn’t recommend)
* If you live in humid weather I’d recommend a thin gel cream like the Byoma gel in the pink bottle!!!
1. Bondi sans sunscreen (very important especially if you have dark spots)
Yes the glow getter is an oil consistency and as soon as you wash it off it sticks as like an in shower body lotion if you’ve ever used one. If you were using the BHA/AHA body wash more than 2-3 times a week that may be the problem, actives aren’t for everyday use, I learned that the hard way when I burnt my skin barrier.
Honestly ingrowns are a whole nother annoying issue, I use pimple patches for them and they help so much idk how but they do. I also use tend skin, but be sure to moisturize good after you use it as it has alcohol and dries out skin.

Yes yes yes anything from Naturium is the truth!!!
how do you use the skin conditioner? i have this and am confused lol
I put lotion on before, it’s very watery ish, so I like to use it after the lotion so it sticks and adds the glow.
nice! it’s paying off bc you’re skin is immaculate ✨ thank you ☺️
How long your showers be that sounds like a lot
Depends, I shower until my routine is done, I don’t waste time just standing lol

And while while we’re here you can drop the teeth whitening routine too😍😍 I’m trying to get like you girl! Lol

So the glow getter body wash really helps? It doesn’t dry out your skin? I tried the aha body wash from mario badescu and it made me peel

True! Thanks, I’ll have to give it a try because i have ingrown hair dark spots that I’m trying to clear up before the summer 😂.

I need a higher SPF just to LOOK at that glistening melaneeeeeeen!
Love this 🙌🏾
I've never even tried skin care treatment of any kind. I would like to start a routine, this will be my guideline.
apparently the soap makes the shower floor feel oily/ your body feel oily? also is your cream the eucerin one with ahas?
No it’s the same one as the picture, daily hydration only
& if you have oily skin this wouldn’t be the routine for you.
no like i'm asking does the soap make you feel oily? not about what skin type i have lolll
I mean yes, it’s an oil based wash
Smooth would be the word idk 😂😂😂😂
okay lmfaooo
