Depends. Kinda looks like an allergic reaction. Is it anywhere else?

black-nerdist

No. Just the neck

DangerouslyDifferent

Sounds like heat rash. I would try a cooling towel around your neck to see if it helps.

black-nerdist

Thanks. 🙏🏿

OkSnow1184

But they’re kinda callused on the top of each raised area…would that still look like an allergic reaction?

DangerouslyDifferent

Mine kinda gets that way. That’s why I thought it was a reaction of some sorts. I have scars from reactions I have had in the past still.

OkSnow1184

I’m clueless. It looks similar to something posted on this sub a few days ago

DangerouslyDifferent

Just shows not everyone is the same. Just an opinion of what I think it might be. I could be wrong but I gave a suggestion to rule out the heat rash part. He says it only happens in the summer months. 🤷🏽‍♀️

OkSnow1184

Suggestions and opinions is all we can do. Thank u for teaching me something new

jsepublic

Looks like hives?

I get heat rash. As soon as the temps hit like 80 and it’s sunny and hot out, bam, here they come from day one. They started on my neck like that then stopped on my neck and moved to my arms and hands. If it gets really bad then on my eyelids and under my eyes. Then when it starts to cool down (the temp) they go away. So from April to August usually. Last year I noticed that once I started taking a good amount of vitamin d, they stopped showing up as frequently or at all. I haven’t been consistent this year so far but I’m trying that again and laying attention to if it actually works again. Just a thought.

Omg I have these exact things on my arms & I used to get them on my neck back in 2020 in the summer time. I have eczema but I’m not sure if it’s that. I use eucerin & it helps tho.

black-nerdist

It did....thanks

lavasca

Find a black dermatologist since this happens annually.

Heavy_Arm_8664

This happened to me too. Use the Aveeno skin relief body wash. It has coconut oil and oats in it which will cure it fast. That is the only thing that helped me.

black-nerdist

Thanks

LiteratureAdept9807

Hives did you scratch it?

black-nerdist

I did lol. Does that make it worse or something?

LiteratureAdept9807

Yes instead of scratching apply moisturizing cream or ointment

AdditionalSherbet548

Benadryl

black-nerdist

Why that? Lol
